When I first moved here I was in awe, the building was beautiful, the staff was helpful and the mgmt team was amazing ! They have recently traded over to a different mgmt and since then nothing has been the same. The maven is no longer the dream home I once seen it as, people smoke in the halls, mgmt doesn't take responsibility for the building the way they did before, people use the common areas as their personal apartment and mgmt does nothing about it. I have had many meetings with mgmt about things in the building but they show you what’s more important to them which is money not your comfortability.

Glorified project. The people that live here are uncouth. Loud music, smoking weed in the staircase, always drunk in the hall way and common spaces. One resident practically uses the common areas as their living room and is known to pick fights. Dog ---- is always outside of the building. The building staff have changed from amazing to awful. Best concierge who cared about their residents no longer works in this building. The property manager is unresponsive despite being onsite. Instead of introduction just sits in their office. Bozzuto is awful. rxr should have kept with Rose NY mgmt and the original staff. This isn’t the gold standard of Mott haven anymore. Look elsewhere.
