Pros: Friendly people live around other then that nothing Cons: They do not fix anything! I call the office and nothing is ever fixed! Its dirty! Always loud. Can’t wait to move out! Advice to landlord: Listen to your renters, help them, you are happy to receive your rent money, you should be trying to make is happy to live here! Stop being so selfish and help out!! Fix the problems instead of throwing them under the rug. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here you do not get your money’s worth! I have lived here for 6-7 years and they have never came up to even paint no matter how many times i call the office and ask for it.
