Pros: My first floor neighbor Cons: Everything is wrong it’s a old building my house has mold in the bathroom for years . They never changed the elevator . Everything is breaking down in everybody apartment . The super lives in the basement . The owners don’t care that. The electrical part of the building can start a fire . These buildnings in the Bronx that are old catch fire easy . Everybody in this building needs to be brought out until they tear down and fix the building . I promise if u send proper people to examine this building I wouldn’t be wrong Advice to landlord: Tear down the building and do it over
