Pros: Neighbors mind they business Cons: The stairs how dirty the building be the the rodent problem this winter no heat an we now have a temporary boiler outside of the building which is not much help Advice to landlord: Communication needs to be better with the tenants an work really needs to get done in the whole building this property is falling apart
