This building is home. I grew up here, and everyone knows each other. It's really a community. We have a tenants association that works as an advocate for the tenants. Everyone is friendly, and say good morning as you step into the elevator. It's a really safe building, and the maintenance workers are all friendly. I love this building. The water is the biggest issue in the building. Every couple of days that water goes out completely, or the water turns cold as you're in the shower. There's also a big roach, and mice problem in the building. Elevators are constantly going out, and sometimes you have to walk up 20+ flights to get to your Anit. Fix the basic necessities that everyone is entitled to. We shouldn't have to beg for our hot water to work.
