Pros: Neighbors are amazing, garbage doesn’t pile up, heating works Cons: If you need any work done it takes so much time to get done — I have mold growing in the bathroom and it still hasn’t been fixed after multiple times of me reaching out to them Advice to landlord: Fix things for the tenants in a timely manner.
