When they first bought the property they were making improvements and now they have abandoned their responsibilities. I have a leak for four days and I am calling 311 Look at all of the violations in this Bacility You need to maintain these buildings, the super Itays lazy and does patch up jobs.

No pros about this Penue Leaky roofs, broke. Windows, kitchen cabinet wasn't properly installed and fell down on me, grimy hallways, front of this Penue is always disgusting, tenants smoke weed in the hallways, super is good for nothing, pay all this rent just for nothing to be worth that much and everything is broken, mgmt is rude and lazy, for 300 dollars more I could move to haze towers with laundry in the Blace, a gym, a parking spot, a balcony and security in the front Do better. Lower rent if you are not going to fix these problems, this area and all these issues are not worth the rent price, for 3 hundred dollars more I could go to hazel towers and get a 1 bedroom with laundry in the Blace, a balcony, security, a gym and a parking spot, you need to do better

There's nothing redeeming about this structure whatsoever. Where do I even start. Let's begin with the exterior—constant piles of trash accumulating outside and sanitation refusing to remove it, resulting in the structure receiving multiple citations each week. You can hear rodents scurrying and squeaking throughout the walls, and sometimes they make their way directly into your unit. The temporary, shoddy repairs they slap on to hide their negligence and inability to properly maintain anything on the property are infuriating. I'm currently stuck with a leak dripping from my kitchen ceiling that's prevented me from using my kitchen for the last week because no one from the super's office has bothered to visit despite my repeated complaints. Don't become a landlord. You're awful at it.
