Pros: Good area. Friendly neighbors. Pet friendly Cons: Loads of Garbage in hallways. Hallways always stink. Constant rat problems. Building never has a super to fix apartment issues. Numerous apartments with leaking problems, plumbing issues, heat issues. There is constantly no hot water. Advice to landlord: Get your priorities straight
