Pros: The pricing is good and some of the apartments come with balconies. You can also upgrade the flooring which is a plus. Cons: No dishwasher or washing machines allowed in the apartment. No control of temperature, the building is always way too hot it way too cold

Pros: You pay for maintenance which includes rent and utilities Cons: Sometimes it takes a very long time for them to come and service your apartment

Pros: Co-op city is a nice community, clean, beautiful, so much community activity Cons: Unfortunately, over the years it’s gotten louder at night. With people hanging out and being noisy in the late hours.

Pros: Most of the neighbors a good friendly and neat Cons: Some of the workers and managers are incompetent  Advice to landlord: Do a lot better on repairs

Pros: Building has heat and water included and neighbors are pretty relaxed overall. Cons: Recycling isn’t super clear Advice to landlord: Clearly mark out where the recycling goes
