Pros: Location, convenience, trains at walking distance Cons: Unresponsive to repairs, unprofessional to tenants, no resolution, bullies Advice to landlord: Be respectful and professional to tenants and receive same in return

Pros: effective pest control. Cons: some loud, obnoxious, unsanitary neighbors. slow response time from management.
