Only go here if you are -------- because that ------- ----- ------- talk to ----- ppl like they are beneath her because she has a position she thinks that will last forever not at all I ---------------------------- --- but I sent a -------- lady in to speak with her that was cool and she gave them 100 percent respect her dumb --- not knowing that was my sister n law dumb ----- but if I have to call corporate every day I will make your ride --- life a living hell racist -----

Drive by the dumpster here you see more and more furniture being dumped. More and more matresses. My experience off he bat I knew wasn't going to be a walk in the park due to the screening process I had to be the one to keep calling to see if I had been approved and most times couldn't get anyone to answer. I moved in dead roaches were everywhere and in the light fixtures. The very big ones dead. They said that they sprayed but what they need to do is fumigate because once they turned over the apartment above me roaches have been in places I've never seen before. I've had to get a new bed because of bed bugs that I didn't bring with me so I'm assuming they were already here in the carpets. I really want to know if anyone else here has had experiences with bed bugs in their unit. Because I've never had them or seen them til o moved here. Omg I have little children ans brand New furniture I don't want to have to throw away all my furniture. But I would recommend that folks find them a better place to stay because this place isn't. It.

IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROPERTY. Its always so Quiet you can only hear the birds. I HAVE LIVED IN SADDLEWOOD FOR 3 IN A HALF YEARS AND I have never had any issues with the neighbors or the office staff. Personally to me the Customer service is outstanding the office staff and Manager is understanding to my needs always very nice and respectful to me and my family. If I need work to be done in my apartment which is rarely the office staff immediately assist me,and get the work requested done immediately.The maintenance is very nice and quick to do their duty. Property is always clean and great parking. o yes and the rent is great not expensive. I give these apartments an A you I have experienced a great 3 in a half years at Saddlewood. I always recommend Saddlewood to friends and coworkers. I currently have so many friends that live here, and they are all satisfied.

I recently got divorced and am now looking for a new place. I am back to my old stomping grounds and find that it is not as I remember it even in such a short time. It seems the apartments in the area have little to offer. I lived in saddlewood for a year before I got married and have been back for almost a year. My lease is almost up so I came to shop around. Saddlewood is unmatched. The staff are all so helpful and they really do a great job at keeping the grounds up. I think I will stay put.

I have lived here since 2010 and enjoy my home. All the workers here are very nice and are always there when needed. I am currently in the process of buying a house and will truly miss all the workers and my apartment when I move. I really recommend saddlewood to anyone who is looking for a nice place to call home.

When I first moved here, I had a little respect for what they were trying to accomplish; however, when they show you the apartments they show you the weight room, the computer room, the pool etc, but fail to tell you you will never have access to those things. The computers never work, the fax machines are only there for decorations and to make the place look complete to suit your needs; the weight room you will only have access to when they are in the office, and the pool is closed to all if a few abuse their usage of it. There is one maintenance guy that actually works here, and I see him cleaning the pool daily, picking up trash all around the apartments and on the median in the front of the apts. The other maintenance guy hides in the back on his cart talking on the phone and lying to the office about what he comes to fix. Staff have become passive in attending to the tenants, sometimes very rude and agitated. The parents here don't manage their kids they destroy the property and they still live practically free off working citizens. Disgusted.

I live here at Saddlewood and have been here for two years and I joy living here. The staff is nice and friendly.

I moved there last year, it was tolerable at first but soon realized that it was all a farce.Everything they offer you during the walk thru and that you pay to access either doesn't work or it's locked. The computers,FAX machines te a never working.The gym is only open during office hours, so if you are a loser or do nothing during the day it's a very slim chance you may get to peep in there. The pool is always overcrowded,on the weekend there is trash every where.Dogs roam around freely pooping everywhere no one picks it up. Drug deals are plentiful they smoke weed in the laundry room. The staff is OK, but they feel just collecting the rent and keeping it full is the just of it. Ha!

I checked this place out, and when first speaking to one of the ladies, she was very nice. The next time I spoke to her she was rude. I called in to ask her a question, and she was unfriendly and didn't even say "thank you" or "good bye". She just hung up the phone.

Everyone that was in the office between Sept '09 and now were really nice. The assistant manager was lacking some organizational skills but she was very personable. I could talk to her about a situation and it would be corrected immediately. The complex has went down after her departure. The gates never work for a whole month. I live in the very front and the trash is RIDICULOUS. Notices go out about stupid stuff like patio furniture, but they're not trying to find out where all trash on the ground is coming from. I never see the courtesy officer do anything but walk from his car to the apartment and vice versa. There was a website that allowed bank drafts for rent. They got rid of that without letting residents know...trying to get more money out of us. We can not rent the "community center" for events but office staff has events there just about every month. In summary Saddlewood is turning into a "------" apartment complex.
