The good reviews are obviously written by the employees here. We've lived here almost a year and can't wait to be leaving! The neighbors have tons of kids that run all over the place, there are drug deals going on outside your windows, if something breaks GOOD LUCK getting management to get off their fat butts to get ANYTHING done here, and there is trash EVERYWHERE! This is listed as a 'closed community' because of the gates, yet they're NEVER freakin closed! There's at least one gate open AT ALL TIMES!!! There are cats pooping all over the place as well! And management will do NOTHING about it! They will not clean it up (these are stray cats and there are TONS of them) and it is completely unsanitary. Nor will they try to trap them, move them, or anything! I have children and the LAST thing I want is them having to smell cat crap when we go out or into our front door! No one abides by the curfew in the lease and the cops are here so often it's ridiculouse! The only good part about this place is the gym and it took me almost an entire year to get a key that works! Plus they're raising the rent of these ------ apartments! I wouldn't pay half of what we have to pay to live in this crap place! UGH! This place is disgusting, the people are disgusting, and the management is not only disgusting at well- but a complete JOKE! I'm usually a nice person but this place is the pits!!!!! Do NOT move in here unless you absolutely HAVE to!!!! And I am SO sick of roaches! We don't have a lot of them in our apartment but I hear a lot of complaints about them from tenants all around. We got lucky there but as for anything else- forget it!

I have to agree with everyone else. I was a resident here since 2005 but had to move due to personal reasons and i have to say that i truly loved living there. of course there were alot of kids there but being a single parent i have alot more tolerance and was not upset with kids outside playing its a apartment community where else would they play at. I moved to another community but soon realized that Saddlewood was managed alot better than any other apts around and moved back in 2009 i dont know why one person said the office had different people alot because the same staff had been there for years the only new person i know is new is the leasing agent but she was here when i moved back in. I also referred 3 familymembers and coworkers and they love it as well so i hate that some pissed off resident who didnt get what they want would lie those girls are wonderful and so is maintenance. I guess my tolerance and level of expectations is different because what apts dont have kids, being a single parent myself i cant hate kids playing outside. if you are looking for an nice but affordable place to live then this is the place trust me. i am a senior level customer service rep and i know most people who dont get what they want always quick to complain no one usually take time to report good service so for the fact that many peolple took the time to say how much they love the apt and staff then that should tell u something. The main reason i came on here was to tell them thank you and that i enjoyed the resident holiday party friday the entire staff is very helpful if you ever have a problem. i am not some anonymous person hiding behind a computer so to the office and maintenance this is Jessica and i want you to keep up the good work me and my family love our home.

It's obvious that the people who gave this complex high ratings are the people working in the office trying to keep their jobs. If you like children and drug dealers running your complex this is the place for you. Police are often called because there are always drunken fights.Children constantly play in the parking lot. Loud music is heard for blocks and the trash is always over flowing. Making a complaint to the front office is like talking to the wall. I do admit the first two years living there were great but then a high turn over in the office began the place went down hill and we couldn't wait for our lease to end. Saddlewood is not a safe place anymore. Don't let the well kept landscape in the front of the complex fool you. If you consider signing a lease please visit Saddlewood over the weekend and not during the day when the children are in school.

Love living here!!! The staff is very nice and understanding!!! They keep the place clean and its so peaceful!!!

I was a resident in saddlewood apartments from 2002-2009.I was always treated nicely from the girls in the office.My apartment size was great and I loved my neighbors.When I needed something fixed they came right out to fix it.When there was a problem on property the girls came knocked on doors and solved it.They kept the landscape up and stayed on top of violators that brook the rules.The staff are caring loving girls that took care of there business that I decided to go into the apt. leasing business.I dint find staff where i worked that could top the Saddlewood Staff of Nikki,Gloria,and the other short white lady that had moved on to a higher position.I moved only because of the school district because my children wanted to be in Klein isd.I even had family members that lived there also.Saddlewood was my 2nd home and living where I live now i just miss them damn girls!
