I love this community because of the location, I'm closer to my work, school and my favorite shopping centers. but most of all the office staff was so helpful. I called on a Thursday morning inquiring about the property. Jeff answered the phone with such excitement and lots of information to share with me about the property. I made an appointment to come in that morning to view the property. Once I reach the property, I was greeted with a warm smile by Mr. Jeffery. then I was introduced to Mr. Sam who had the same welcoming energy that Jeff has. Theses two guys went 10 extra miles to help me call this place home. I am very grateful to have these two gentlemen in the office to help when help is needed. Thank you Mr. Sam and Mr. Jeffery for all of your help. Many thanks . Tasha C

I lived here (#22) for three years because of a low budget. At first it was ok. I was thankful to have an affordable place, but it just kept going downhill. Walls began to have so much water damage that they started crumbling, despite logging maintenance requests during my whole stay. I had to have roof leaks to my apartment fixed regularly, but it wasn't enough. One day mushrooms started growing out of several places in the apartment. They finally took repairs more seriously, but it was too late and the damage was done. They had to replace walls in three or four sections. When I moved away (She may have appeared to fix things but I couldn't stand it anymore) she claimed I owed over 3k worth of damages to the apartment, most of which were illegal charges such as a garage keeping fee for a non working car that I didn't own and had no power to move. She tried to charge 60-90 per miniblind to replace, which I stated that she legally could not do so. I could find them for 10-20$, proving that she was not acting in good faith according to Texas tenant laws. She also tried to blame the mold and water damage and mushroom growth (out of the walls and ceilings!!) on my having cats, which was absurd and impossible....she knew cats lived there for several years. I also learned upon moving out that I had been suffering from chronic/weekly migraines because of the mold growth there. Since I moved out they have disappeared. I am not the only person she has treated this way upon moving out. And for the record, she never got a penny from me, other than keeping my deposit. It wasn't worth the fight. Keep an eye out for illegal and manipulative behavior. She is nice at first but once you move out she turns on you. She will try to use your polite manners with her to take advantage of you later. You may think this is an exaggerated review, but I have proof of it all, plus more...just in case she tries something else. You can check out my google review for additional pictures.

The landlady Sandy is a narcissistic scam artist. She will lie to you about great she is and how she is like family, but refused to fix problem in the apartments including black mold. She tried to charge me $700 to repair a cheap fake leather couch when I was finishing up my lease. Avoid living here to avoid the headaches dealing with her.

I really like the complex! The owners are the sweetest older couple, they try really hard to keep us tenants happy and honestly, they have always helped me out when I was in a bind. My apartment is clean and quiet and it exactly what I expected from a mom and pop kind of place. I've read the reviews on here and some are just laughable... I really like where I live!!

NOT RECOMENDED, If you are looking for an apartment I really don't think this is a good option even if you are short of budget is not worth it. It is located in a risky area, the quality of the apartments is not good there is not enough parking spots no amenities, and lastly the staff only wants your money no matter what ...they are unprofessional and if you let them they will take advantage of you ! my suggestion is look for a better place without any doubt!!

The complex is a bit older but they do their best with speedy maintenance and lovely landscaping. All of the people that live here seem to work or study in the medical district and it has always felt safe and comfortable. The land lady is easy to talk and generally pretty helpful. I lived here for 2 years and never had a problem with ants or roaches. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who needs to live on a budget, but still wants a safe environment.

I have been in graduate school for the past 2 years. This apartment is conveniently located close to the medical center with minimal traffic. This apartment has been my sanctuary. I love it. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and safe. The management staff is friendly and answer maintenance requests quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is quiet and respectful.
