I quite like living at Monaco at Main. The apartments are spacious, not extremely expensive and there is a lot of natural light and open space in the apartments. The exterior was recently redone and is much improved. The maintenance is responsive and friendly.

Office lady scarlet is very rudely. Please change her. And one of maintenance guy( new guy( wear glasses) i feel like i have no privacy here. I checked camera my room camera every 6 hurs because uncomfortable

Well located community with good amenities. It's near NRG stadium so you can visit any events, festivals easily. When I first moved-in, my car wasn't shipped yet and Target just across the road was so helpful to sustain myself for the first few days.

We renewed our lease due to extenuating circumstances, but plan to move out at the end of our lease. It isn't the easiest decision for us being that it is located in a convenient part of town, comes with a great gym, pool, and club house that we love to frequent, is well maintained and always clean, and has spacious floor plans at a great price point. Unfortunately, despite the perks mentioned, the unsuccessful effort to elevate the resident experience along with the lack of concern or empathy demonstrated by the current property manager, has created an issue that is too significant for my husband and I to overlook. As a result, we are eagerly anticipating our relocation upon the completion of our lease.

My satisfaction with living here has declined over the years. Several factors contribute to this. The community web portal has changed, requiring users to log in to two separate locations to submit work orders and pay rent. The access APP was difficult to download and activate, as the original instructions did not include a way to set up the account on a computer, but only by email on a cell phone. I DO NOT do email on my phone, by choice. In addition, the app can be buggy. The removal of the Amazon Hub and replacement with a package room was a deplorable decision. My only guess is that the package room is cheaper than the Hub. The package room is only marginally accessible and is incredibly inconvenient. The upcoming changes to the way our rent is paid do not bode well if the only option is to pay rent through an app on a cell phone. I DO NOT DO FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ON MY PHONE. EVER. By choice.

My experience here at Monaco has been AWESOME to say the least. I really love my living experience which has definitely been enhanced by the staff's professional etiquette which is always undergirded with kindness, understanding and empathy. This is an absolutely wonderful place to call home.

Need way to recycle Need plan to stop people dumping old furniture and trash it is so unsightly to see all the trash lying around on the weekends The staff and maintenance crew are very nice and efficient

Great place! And maintenance comes in very quick to do the requests or repairs. We are glad requests are done immediately. Also the location of the apartment is very accessible and convenient. We love it so far

This has been the best experience I had when it comes to moving in. Management (especially Scarlett) was fantastic. She helped me with any questions I had, and she made sure any issues with the apartment was fixed before I moved in. The complex is I a great location too.
