The community is ok. Only the neighborhood isn't. But we like to live at Premier apartments. The time we have living st premier it's been nice. We hope that the play area gets fixed soon because the kids need safety area to play. Please take a look. Thank you.

I was wondering where can I leave pictures to show the mold growth. The manager says she went in to see. We went in together. Where there tests ran? and the 2nd letter doesn't mention the windows. This condition worsens and it needs immediate at

I like living here, the manager works with you if you have a problem, I know a lot of rules come from management and I got a chance to talk to someone in corporate office cause I was having financal issues at that time, had to get help to pay my rent and to my surprise the guy I spoke with from corporate listen to me and contact the manager and the issue was resolve, what a relief, l never forget that situation, someone cared.

Overall it is okay. The landscaping isn't great, there is mud everywhere. There are only three dumpsters which causes the trash to overflow daily. The laundry rooms are in very poor condition. Most staff seem to be uneducated on most info about the apartment.

I am really only annoyed with where I currently reside in this complex. I dont feel like my neighbors are respectful and being near the parking lot has caused me to never enjoy my patio. Screaming grown people and children happen when I am getting rest sometimes and the bass from the cars in and out of the parking lot constantly disturb me. Otherwise I cant wait to get into another unit for my next lease here at Premier...

My experience 2nd time around was okay. My only issues were my neighbors above me with their noise and the fact it took over a week for a simple work order job to be completed. Overall the apartments were fine and quiet..at least where my apartment was located.

The management on this property is horrible. I requested for them to fix my dishwasher more than 5 weeks ago and they have yet to resolve the issue. I have spoken with them about the issue on 5 different occasions and they always say "we're going to come out and fix it tomorrow," but they never did. They are not good communicators and treat their residents like crap. There is nothing but prostitution in this area and is not an ideal place to raise children. The apartment is very nice but it does not concur with the area. This is a roach infested apartment. Every time you call management about a situation they always give you an attitude. If you enjoy living in the ------ than this is ideal place for you.

I've lived here for almost a year and giving the horrible community(prostitutes on every corner), it is a wonderful complex. I lived in the larger one bedroom and the space for the price I got was too great of a deal to past. I've only seen two small roaches this whole time, which I've never lived in a place with little to none bug problems. Parking spaces are numerous only problem is all guests most park along the back fence which can be a long walk for the elders who visit but it's great for residents so they won't have to walk a long way to their own apartment. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful each and every visit. I going to renew my lease because I don't think I can find anything better right now. Water paid for is an added bonus!

The staff is nice and helpful. My air conditiong was not working properly and they sent someone the next day and had the problem fixed. Everything was new and clean and had freshly painted walls. Haven't seen any roaches yet. I seen one spider and I think I brought it in. Its a hell of a good price for what you get considering I've researched plenty of apartments and none where this nice for the price. Only cons: The people who live here make the expirence horrible. People like to bring their domestic issues outside.I guess they like to have an audience? A lot of the residents here are ignorant and let their children play outside unsupervised. Therefore their children litter and vandalize the property. And of course you will see cigarette butts here and there because again the residents here can't clean up after them selves. My only issue with these apartments are the other people living here. Other then that everything about this place is great. But I guess ninjas will be ninjas. Excuse my french.
