Run as fast as you can!! Please don’t walk, never rent from these apartments. The STAFF? Trash!! Uneducated ESPECIALLY (RAT-quel) RACIST and she is awfully disrespectful, ugly in an outside with HEAVY MAKEUP and superficially rude. Only thing good is maintenance they will fix issues in the apt. Otherwise please read and accept my warning unless you or low class as well.

Woodfair is a beautiful complex. But they need Police Security. Been here 18days and I’m ready to go. Niggka knocking on your door, running up on in the parking lot and sitting on the ac units Harassing women. Call the office and they don’t care. Please don’t move here……..

I have been living here a little while, the complex looks presentable however if you live here your responsible for paying all complex charges, I mean everything, cars windows get broken into, you have to pay, the gate hits your car, you have to pay, if your apartment floods, you the tenant has to pay, anything on your patio, they charge, you pay. Further more many many issues with no hot water. Cleo, the Manager is useless, sits in her desk all day, does absolutely nothing for the tenant and does not hesitate to tell you to read the contract, everyrhing is the tenants problem. Cleo and most of the staff at this complex are very unprofessional.

Whatever y'all do don't move here. The people in the office are racist. The do not like ------ only cater to the --------. I REPEAT DONT MOVE HERE. I'm waiting on my mother lease to be up so she can move somewhere else. This place is horrible. More people move out then move in

I live here now and I feel like all the former leasing office staff was replaced with a bunch of HS dropouts who just wanna feel like they have some power and authority. They're rude and nasty people. Their policies are ridiculous, tbh, save yourself the stress, move to The Nell or something. This isn't worth it. I've lived here for 5 years and I've never wanted to move out until they got these illiterate, inconsiderate imbeciles working in the office.

this apartment is the worst please don't rent this apartment my window got broken by some guys drinking 3 am in the morning causing a lot of noise in the parking lot so called supervisor Bryan miller in corporate office will never pick up call or returned. they did nothing about my window and I stayed for one week with a broken window management very poor guys smoking in the play ground maintenance very poor prostitution rude managers I will never recommend this apartment to anyone is not good for family still have the police report

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE!! First off the there are prostitutes inside and outside the apartments, there's drug trafficking, and beggars. There is a lot of young individuals that stay in the apartments that are noisy. Honestly in my unit I did not have a problem until someone broke into my apartment ... Through the window ! Management tried to imply that I left it open but in fact the window locks were faulty and apartment manager denied the fact. Also the window locks in my bedroom did not lock at all and they were repaired immediately. The cameras do not work at all so there was no way to see who was near my apartment ! The officer that lives on the property was very bias implying that it was someone I knew that burglarize my apartment . The manager was bias as well and did not show any sympathy. I called the following day to ask what measures was being taken to inform other residents about the burglary she told me none. She told me that she did not have to inform/warn anyone. I found that to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate to not inform tenants of the possible dangers inside the community. The manager is very condescending and two faced. The whole leasing office is a joke and unprofessional. I will never renew my lease or recommend this ratchet apartment to even an enemy . It is sad that these renovated apartments are a waste! I was once told if you want to see how an apartment really is drive by at night time..... Just my luck that I did not take this advice :(

Manager is a witch EVIL WITH A SMILE .nice when they want you to move in but once in she transformed completely I think the other employees are scared of her.she is worst then a bed bug I would never recommend someone to live unhappy in their new home. It's a nice apartment but it uncomfortable living.. prostitutes inside and out but she doesn't see that garbage overflowing nope doesn't see that either kids don't even go to the because of the staff they make you feel uncomfortable in your own home...safety ducks they shot at 4 pm 9pm no problem 1 courtesy guard for this property if that

I really do love living here at Premier apartment homes. The units are so warm and rich with the earth tones. Landscape is really nice kept up weekly. It's also very close to two major highways and public transportation. Nice,schools within Alief school district.
