None of the washing machines in Section A work and 2 in Section B work. This is a ongoing problem...We have filed complaints with the office since October 2013 and nothing gets done. They pay lip service and make up excuses. Still haven't been able to use the swimming pool. Endless issues with maintenance... Pretty incompetent.

This place has the worst customer service! If anyone has made me so angry its seriously these people! The manager francis had promised me and my sister washer and dryer connections in our two bedroom apt and for days delayed us from coming to check out the place before we moved in. My move in date was may 3rd and she said the connections would not be put in until the following tuesday..I mean do these employees seriously think we want the workers in and out of our apartment while we are at work? For 2 weeks they have had time to install everything and every time we called to see if anything was ready they always had some type of excuse. They also "promised" stainless steel appliances and when we finally got to see the apartment before our move in date we had NO stainless steel appliances instead we had a used stove, and a used refrigerator and both these appliances still had the used price tags on them like they bought them from a garage sale. A day before we moved in the toilets and bathrooms were disgusting full of im sure the workers urine! The apartment washers and dryers do not work according to what the manager said and she promised everything is getting renovated..the worst renovation i have ever seen! My move in date was this past saturday and i still havent received a call from anyone working there. I also heard that this apartment complex has HORRIBLE bedbugs and even the manager francis told us the day we filled out the application that they have had bedbugs in a couple of their units. This place is seriously a joke and needs a better managing system. I ended up not moving in and looking for another apartment complex. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! ------, GROSS , and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The manager of the apartments is only looking for more money that she can pocket. They have horrible horrible bed bugs and roaches everywere. The a/c dose not work in every apartment and the only way they fix it is by changing the filter. There are robberies in the parking lot and in broad daylight. The water runs brown at times and if u decide you are not being treated right she will find a way to kick u out and take all your money. They are constantly being sued but she somehow isn't getting punished for what she does. Also your light bill goes up to 200 depending on if she likes you. I have made multiple attempts to contact corporate but nothing back yet. Also there is a prostitution ring over there so if you have children not a safe place. She does not in force the leash law so their are loose dogs as well. This place should change managers before they decide to upgrade.. Please please don't be fooled run as far away from these apartments as you can. Out of the 4 lady's that work there only two are actually nice and concideret. They have a drunk who walks around at all hours and follows women please this is not safe do not live here..!!!! P.s if you live here you have to take your close some were else to wash because only 3 washers in all the building work

This dive is horrible. Yes, very superficially represented. The manager Frances is a liar and a deceiver too. Rodents, unsafe grounds, notes daily of no substance, grounds unkept, trash overfloweth, maintenance requests not taken properly so of course the execution is little to none, gates don't work and all of Houston knows the code, exterior lights are rarely checked for replacement when out, and bookkeeping done manually to benefit them. (wink, wink) If you have or don't have a choice do NOT rent here. You will never be able to call WT home. Just read the other reviews, and do the math. Also, ask why none of them live on property, go figure!

I just moved here. I was very worried to move here but I went ahead and moved anyways. At first I was like ---- I made a mistake but by the time we moved in I got a upgraded unit at $725 a month. Laminate wood flooring, resurfaced kitchen, new fixtures and new carpet. I live on the first floor and have had no problem with noise except the traffic noise on westheimer. And ive made a request to repair minor things in my apartment... in less then a week they came in and fixed it. My issue as of right now.. Is roaches, but they came and sprayed and we cleaned the apt like no tomorrow and they're about completely gone. People need to realize that it's the people who live there and management's fault for how things are. If people didn't litter, keep there ---- clean, etc then it would improve. As well as mgmt keeping the community up to par. Example: a resident dumped out there car oil in the grass... What the ---- is that! Seriously, that's an environmental issue. How lazy are some people. And im not friends with mgmt nor am I mgmt. And I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment paying $1,200 a month in Energy Corridor area.

While superficially the apartments are attractive, it doesn't take too long to realize that you get what you pay for, and less. The grounds and units are poorly maintained: dog feces throughout courtyards; cigarette butts, cans, bottles litter the stairwells; roaches abound in most of the units. Mold visible in units and small but distinguishable water blebs and discoloration are visible in areas of the ceiling. The air-conditioning unit fails somewhat regularly for up to 24 hours at a time. If you value internet, cable and landline phone service, you will be very disappointed. The only cable company that can access the property is Wavevision (formerly TVMax) and it provides very limited services at very expensive (more than Comcast, Time Warner etc.) prices. The only way to get around this is with a non-cable competitor such as a Satellite TV provider -- but the unit must face South -- or AT&T. And if you have a maintenance emergency, the leasing office/management company only answers your calls 50% of the time during normal business hours, and the office is often closed during normal Mon-Sat business hours. After hours, there is supposed to be a FT answering service that can relay emergencies to the property manager. Problem is, the answering service frequently does not pick up. Apartment appliances such as the stove, dishwasher and plumbing are inconsistent in their ability to work. Sometimes the electric stove works, sometimes not. The dishwasher on occasion oddly accumulates foul-smelling water, likely due to how the plumbing is connected. The water drain in the tub does not drain well. And cold water from the faucet isn't always cold but sometimes lukewarm. The rental prices are also constantly changing, so don't be surprised if from one week to the next you are given a variance of rent between $50-$100 for the same floor plan. The leasing agency cites that they have different "specials." The only real pros to this complex is that it's affordable and I've never had a problem parking. But this hardly outweighs the downside. I will not be renewing my lease and advise perspective tenants to keep their distance and not be fooled by the superficial attractiveness of the apartments.

Unless you have no other choice DO NOT MOVE HERE!On my initial visit the leasing staff was extremely friendly and helpful.I wasn t allowed to see the apartment I was moving into because it was being renovated and upgraded.I saw the model, which was nice and clean enough. I specifically asked leasing agent if the apartment would be clean, i.e. no mold & mildew in the bathrooms, no bugs/roaches, etc. To make a long story short, I was given my key to move in on May 09, 2013, was supposed to move-in May 6 but the apartment was not ready. When I entered the apartment it was filthy, there was an odor that smelled of urine, dust, soil and paint drippings throughout the apartment. The a/c vents were unhygienic, rusted, with a coat of paint, the shower heads were grimy, and the caulk around the toilets, showers and cabinets was a dark grimy yellow color, knobs on cabinets and kitchen faucets were falling off, even the light switches were revolting to touch. To top it off there were no appliances in the unit. Of course, my move-in was now delayed until May 11, 2013. I was promised by the manager the apartment would be spotless. When I was given my key on the 11th the only thing that changed was the appliances (refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher) were installed. To make things worse, the leasing agent failed to provide me with a parking sticker for my car and on my 3th day in the apartment my vehicle was towed. Although I was extremely disgusted with the condition of the apartment I made the best of it. I called-in numerous service request and made visits to the leasing office on multiple occasions. On each visit I was told someone would come the next day, but no one ever came. Eventually, I was forced to submit a complaint to the Houston Apartment Association. I submitted my complaint with photos on May 24th and 90% of my service requests were complete by May 28th. Below is a list of my service request. The other 10% was never completed. I just ran out of energy trying to force them to do it. The leasing agents are now extremely rude and discourteous and difficult to communicate with. There is always trash everywhere and dogs barking throughout the night. The roaches and water bugs are everywhere. This place is a dump! There definition of a renovation and upgrades is to go into an apartment and paint absolutely everything throughout, including the bathtubs. What didn't get painted has paint overspray all over it. What a sight to see. Thank goodness I only signed a six month lease. It's been 4 months and this is the worst place I have ever lived on all levels. As much as I despise moving I am counting down the days to move out of this dirty community. 1. Rodent droppings in my living room windowsill. 2. Multiple (10 ) bags of garbage on patio of Apartment below me. Horrific smell, and very unsanitary. 3. Kitchen door missing threshold. 4. The caulk around toilets in both bathrooms are a dark dirty grimy yellow and very disgusting to look at. 5. Hole in Kitchen Window (Left Corner) 6. Kitchen Faucet Handle keeps falling off (Hot) 7. A/C Vents extremely dirty & rusty. Keep blowing out dust balls. Barely blows out air in Kitchen. 8. The Exchange Vent looks as though it will plummet at any moment. 9. The Living Room Wall has an electrical problem. Sparks fly when plugging anything in the either one of the two outlets. When the plug is pulled out, it continues to spark for approximately five more minutes. 10. Front Bath drain extremely nasty, something is in it, not sure what. Paint all over floor and counter top. 11. Splotches (overspray)of paint all over dining room, hall, kitchen, and front bathroom floors. 12. No screens on any of the windows. 13. Locks do not work on any of the windows. 14. Master Bedroom & Kitchen Windows constantly rattle. 15. Window sills in both bedrooms never painted, very dirty. 16. Baseboard missing in hall by master bedroom door. 17. Trash still sitting outside the empty apartment across the hall with the cigarette butts left by the men that were renovating. It's been two weeks since I asked Lara to have someone to pick up the trash!! 18. I was promised that the light switches would be replaced, but they were painted over. 19. I can barely see the number on my mailbox. The entire mailbox area is just disgusting. 20. None of the washers are working in the laundry room. The washers and dryers are disgusting and very dirty.

This plsce is the wrost place you can find to live in. Little roaches inside big roaches outside. Someone rings another doorbell yours goes off. Maintenance don't fix nothing right the first or second time. They put a stackable washer and dryer in my unit but didn't install correctly so that the washer water drains into my dishwasher. When i complained the maintenance guy came, he looked at it and said he can't fix. Air conditioning is always broke and when the maintenance was fixing the electricity in the apartment above me getting it ready for the next move in they blew my fuses in my second bedroom outlet. The pool ain't been open all summer. When they have to turn water off to fix sewer or water pipes, they cut off the water with no warning. This and more but they have the nerve to raise the rent to 999.00. I would not recommend this place to no one. Run as fast as you can from this place.as soon as my lease is up I am gone!
