So what are you looking for? Safety? Don't Move here. Cleanliness? Don't move here. Bums and drug addicts as your neighbors? Move here. No one to call when you need something fixed or have an emergency? Move here. You're in love with roaches? Move here. These apartments are actually a nice size and do have good upgrades compared to other places in the area. BUT, theses upgrades are poorly installed and of cheap quality. For the same price of a 1x1 at this complex you can move somewhere MUCH,MUCH NICER. "Security" lives on site. Which means they stay in their apartment all day until someone calls in. Thus why people/children have died here. They'll promise you before signing that you'll get all this great stuff like a movie room, operating pools, free internet/cable, workout room....3.5 years later and they've added dog poop bag post. BUT, if you have broken leases, evictions, or felonies you can live here because they don't check. They are just trying to fill units. So all in all this place is great for illegal aliens, convicts, pedophiles, and whatever else you would normally not choose to live by. But because of certain circumstances you end up here.

This is a HORRIBLE place to live. The management can never kept up with your payments(rent). VERY UN-ORGANIZED! Tenants have no control over their own heat or air. Dog poop everywhere. High turnover rate in the office. Flyers and tenant memos are unprofessional. Everything in one whole complete sentence. Some rules apply to some tenants and some don't. People pee and poo in the washing machines. They never fix request for your unit.

I just wonde why the owner doesn't ask around for residents opinion about the office staff! The management is a joke the manager is super unproffisinal. The staff specially AMA is the worst person! She's the laziest. Honesty ask her for something it takes forever to get fixed!!! She doesn't wanna leave her chair! So mean on the phone! I do not recommend this place at all just cause of the manager and AMA the office staff!

I moved here 1 year ago and yes my rent is going up But the community is begginig to look real good i thank the office staff for being helpfull and taking care of my apt issues i honestly have nothing to say but that i ma excited for the new ameneties coming up!!
