They fix nothing. When you call them for service they don't come. This is a terrible place to live. When my aunt moved in. There were dead flies and even a dead lizard on the ground. The bathroom door doesn't even work.

I have lived in Heatherwood apartment for over 4 years now and I have had no reason to regret my stay. Their staffs are very professional and prompt to service. The security and maintenance are topnotch. They very customer friendly ,no discrimination of any sort. Myra is very welcoming and always willing to assist. i have recommended people who still live in the apartment and will still do more. I really do appreciate all your effort. Keep it up

I had the worst experience with Heatherwood. Management sucks and very inconsiderate. I paid $1500 deposit and received only $700 stating the apartment was left dirty when in fact it was only left with little dust when i moved out April 24th , turned in my keys on May 8th because they lied and told me one thing and ended up making me pay prorated rent. They supposed to be a team but everybody say different stuff. DO NOT LEASE WITH THESE JANKY PEOPLE! base rent was $750 always ended up paying over $900! Again THESE PEOPLE ARE JANKY & WILL TRICK YOU OUT OF MONEY!

The changes and updates have been amazing! The staff is very professional and quick to respond, always in a positive way. The entire property is well lit at night with a security patrol. My wife always felt safe when coming home at night. We had a very positive experience and would recommend Villa Serena - Heatherwood Apartments.

Do not give these people your security deposit. They make you pay a so called non-refundable security deposit, tell you one price, then once it's time for you to move in they double the price and tell you that you have to pay it or forfeit your security deposit even though you never moved in. The front desk is ran by a bunch of young rude little girls who try to manipulate you into paying more than you agreed to. Also there is trash all over the parking lot, it's dirty and in a high drug and prostitution area. I would not recommend.

I've been living here 15 months and have had many problems. There's always trash on the ground (the staff only picks up some of it). There are countless stray cats that leave paw prints all over your car and also sleep under your car. The parking lot is full of potholes which never get fixed. The front gate stopped working months ago so now they just leave it open at all hours. My air conditioner has broken three times, and because maintenance doesn't work nights or weekends, I've had to go three days until it got fixed. The parking is also a nightmare. If you come home late you'll have to park 100 yards away because all the close spots are taken. If you mistakenly park in one of the poorly marked handicapped spots (very hard to see at night) you will be towed. If your lease expires and you sign a new lease they won't offer you a new parking permit, you have to specifically ask for a parking permit and display it at all times or you will be towed. Bugs are a problem too. You will find roaches and wasps around. I had to request maintenance twice to take care of a wasp nest and all they did was spray it, they didn't even remove the nest! Lastly, the neighbors. My neighbors have left full bags of garbage on my doorstep, thrown rocks at me, and often sit on my steps and refuse to move when I ask them. Definitely the worst complex I've ever lived in.

Horrible There is no visitor parking. My guest car got towed in visitor parking because it was written on the ground. There is maybe 20 visitor parking for over 300 apartments. Most of visitor parking is filled with residents second car because the office refuses to give more than one parking permit.

OK SO FIRST OF ALL, I AM NOT ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS OF ANY SORT BUT HEATHERWOOD HAS TO BE THEE WORST APRATMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. ITS WORST THAN NORTHBOROUGH APARTMENT ON THE NORTH SIDE, IF YOU KNOW ABOUT CANFIELD APARTMENT JUST IMAGINE HEATHERWOOD BEING 10X'S WORSE. FIRST IS THE PARKING LOT... THE HOLES AND BUMPS!!!! OMG TERRIBLE. THEY CLOSED DOWN THE PARKING LOT SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO FIX THE POT HOLES... NOT AT ALL. IT'S HORRIBLE. THEN ITS THE PARKING.... WTF. IF YOU GET HOME AFTER 3PM GOOD LUCK FINDING A PARKING SPOT, WE HAVE TWO CARS BUT THEY ONLY GIVE ONE STICKER PER HOUSEHOLD. SO VISITORS ARE OUT OF THE QUESTION, VISITORS SECTION FILLS UP BY 3PM AND ON THE WEEKENDS FORGET IT. ESPESCIALLY SUNDAY. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TOWING YOUR CAR. NEXT ARE THE ROACHES... HOLY ----!!!!! EVERYWHERE. I BLEACHED MY ENTIRE HOUSE AND I'M A NEAT FREAK AND THE ROACHES ARE STILL THERE. LIKE THEY GOING HALF ON RENT. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE.... I WON'T EVEN GO THERE. THE ONLY ONE I LIKE IN THE OFFICE IS THE GUY WHO IM NOT EVEN SURE IF HE'S STILL THERE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. THEY SUCK MONKEY BALLS!!!!! RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roach and bed bug infested. People regularly throw trash on the grounds and in the parking lot. The place is overrun by stray cats. Parking is insufficient and there are more potholes than you can count. Laundry facilities are a joke with half or more of the machines out of order. The owners are slum lords who hire managers & staff who act like they're running the Ritz Carlton. ***AVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID ***

My best friend used to live here and the area isn't safe. Someone jumped her patio one night while she was sleep, thankfully they left because it was broad daylight and her and her bf were there. The inside was nice and cozy but the outside was nosy, ------ neighbors, drugs. I see theres security now but there wasnt at the time. These apts were nice back in the early 200's but with the decline of the neighborhood, things have changed. Don't bother moving here unless you're down with the street life. Hard working people shouldnt live here because theyre risking their safety. Pay more for a better neighborhood but be safe anywhere.
