This young sir, Genaro fuentes has been an amazing employee, he’s always there when you need him. I see him walking around the apartments and he always has a big smile doesn’t matter what, when i need help with something he always come and fixes the issue. genuinely amazing guy

I have been living at Ashford Crescent Oaks Apartments for 5 months, and my experience has been consistently disappointing. Firstly, my car was towed from my own reserved parking spot. Despite management promising to compensate me for this inconvenience, it has been over two weeks, and I have yet to see any reimbursement or action taken. Maintenance is another nightmare. Requests are either ignored or take an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed. When they do show up, the work is often subpar and requires multiple follow-ups. The management is the worst part of living here. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have no regard for their residents’ concerns or well-being. The staff in the leasing office lack basic courtesy and have no idea how to communicate respectfully with residents. The leasing office manager is always unavailable and never has time to address our concerns. Their attitude is extremely rude. If rent is delayed by even a day, they impose a hefty 10% penalty per day. However, when it comes to maintenance issues, residents are left helpless with no recourse if the work isn't completed on time. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. The stress and frustration are not worth it.

Dear Owner i m writing a review about manager i visited Apartment #259 with manager,she told me above no rent $1150 so she told me discuss with your family and let me know after one day i went leasing office that i wanna move apartment 259 but she said rent $1299 i shocked you told me rent $1150 Micheal told me the manager told you $1299, i m living in this property since 2008 but never seen bad management like that so manager & staff member micheal both are lier.But your assistant manager Jenet she obliged me she knows how to treat resident,manager did not accept their words & dined i did not told you rent you can check camera recording with voice both of us conversation. Anyway Jenet is able for manager.

Hello, everyone! The services provided by them are inappropriate and disorderly, and poor. As a resident of this complex, I noticed they only focus on their monthly rent. Beyond, if someone has an emergency, their work order takes a week to cover. It's been a week since my apartment Aircondition doesn't work, Even though on Friday I put in a work order for an emergency they said they would charge me I did say okay but still we are suffering with this hot weather. Every night we go to a friend's apartment, for sleeping. dear residents, please tell me Do we live in the USA or? But we feel in Uganda. you can judge.

I've been living in a property for almost 3 years and and in 3 years nothing happened fixed they don't fix nothing won't fix nothing all they do is want your money the apartment people are full of it I been three years and have never fixed nothing

Worst experience ever The apartment is trash no hot water ac has multiple problems throughout the day people blast their exhaust in the middle of the night The maintenance is useless as they don’t show up on command and use the leasing office as an excuse to ignore their wrongdoings. The owners don’t do ---- and ignore the complaints of the residents This town is absolutely not recommended and overall I wouldn’t suggest it at all

Living in these apartments is like living in 3rd world country. Whenever you go to complaint they will say we will send someone and for days no one shows up. Our roof ceiling is leaking for last 2 days, all carpets and floor is messed up, i reported complaint and as usual they will do it whenever they want. Apartments condition is worst. Water is coming out of Bathtub drainage. They charge for every ticket.
