I enjoyed living here for the first year, then things went downhill. My actual apartment was very nice, very well appointed. However, Management let lower class people rent and from then on it was horrid. These people would let their dogs poop and pee in the hallway and never clean it up. Many dog owners would take their pets out and NEVER clean up after the animal. Another issue was they would drop their trash bags in the trash room instead of opening up the little door and properly disposing of the trash down the chute. What is wrong with these people? They obviously have no pride of ownership and are ignorant. Many people would drive down the middle of the parking structure and never move over for oncoming traffic. Very frustrating. A HUGE issue I’m having right now is getting reimbursed for half of my last month’s rent. I left halfway through a month, and since I was on an automatic pay I have to wait for corporate to reimburse me. I have been waiting now for over THREE MONTHS. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s getting to the point where I will have to get my lawyer involved in getting back my money. UNBELIEVABLE. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVE HERE

It's been ok had a couple of issues. Front staff is ok. Noise level needs improvement from neighbors because it can get loud and the walls are thin. Groundskpeeping is really good. Also the elevator needs fixing.

Apartament is in a great condition. Management is very friendly and very helpful. The community amenities needs to be upgraded it definitely and gates should be definitely closed. I know they are in the middle of transitioning to a new system, but as of right now there's not contingency plan, all gates are open. Parkings are assigned, but they should be assigned by apartment number.

Terrible. Awful. Worst experience of my entire life. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. The front office staff is terrible, inexperienced, rude and unprofessional. I've had many things go wrong from the start. I can't wait till my lease is up. I warn everyone about these apartments. I feel bad for the owners, what could be a decent community is trash because of on sight management

Only been here for les than a month, the rental application process was rocky. Promises were made and we had to keep pushing back our move in date several times. Not sure how secure the community is, all fire exits are open to the public and there aren't any security c?maras in the hallways or near elevators. Let's see how the rest of the experience goes.

Complex is close to Medical Center Restaurant are walking distances Close to NRG downfalls close to NRG during Football and Rodeo time lol? Happy the few years I've stayed here. My commute to work is less than 15 min love it!!!

So far it has been pretty good. I have no big complaints that have not already been mentioned or addressed by improved trash pickup, cleaner hallways, and a better security gate. Overall, I have enjoyed my lease time and plan to extend for another year.

Love the complex and location. My only suggestion would be more office staff to take calls. Great area. Great amenities. I love my unit and the lake view is nice. I also enjoy the gym being 27/7. Free assigned parking is also a plus.

The apartments are affordable and are found in a great location (in terms of its proximity to the city). The apartments are updated and well kept. However, I do not like that the garage is cramped, the apartment building is not truly in-closed, and if you live on the fourth floor, there is no convenient way to reach your apartment without going outside. (This is unfortunate when there is inclimate weather.)

I appreciate that the apartment was very clean upon move in. JaKayla was instrumental in the success of us moving in and we are greatful for her. Move in day - the elevator was out (sad face). There's dog poop stains in the hallway. But I'm told that this can be resolved quickly so I'm optimistic.
