Maintenance is terrible. They are unable to fix anything it’s like two people for the whole complex. Admin staff does nothing but collect payments. It’s not worth 1500 it’s embarrassing to have people over bc the halls are always dirty and my door doesn’t close all the way and my dishwasher hasn’t worked in months. They just close my maintenance requests. The office doesn’t answer the phone. I can’t wait to end the lease.

Do not ever refer anyone- you will not receive any referral fee as advertised by management. I have finished my lease, and until now I have not received any referral fee after numerous ff-ups in person and email. There is always SLOW or no response at all from management. Otherwise, the location of the apartment complex is great. Spacious as compared to others. Just be prepared for slow response times from management. You’ll also be paying twice for your trash to be taken - there is a hefty monthly fee for valet trash (which is sometimes a hit or miss for pick ups) and another fee on your monthly bill for trash.

Love it Regard! The team is amazing and the units are very spacious. The management team goes above and beyond for the resident. We have live here for 3 years and love how beautiful are property looks now!

Security measures are a large issue at this residence facility. Doors broken, doors open to hallways from garage, stairways, and external areas. Trash sitting in hallways at resident's doors for days not utilizing provided black recepticles.

Community is nice and quiet. Office staff is so so. I have called about 4 times for the same issue and they always say they will get back to me but no one ever does. Pool looks beautiful but never opened to use.

It started off RUFF AND ANNOYING I was wanting to leave and everything else. It has gotten better. Just needing more Enforcement on the DOGS and the DOGS OWNERS. For the most part it's okay. Hopefully it get better soon.

I've lived here for about 4 months and the main issue I've had was communication with management. There's been issues that have needed resolving since moving in but every time they were brought to management's attention, it was like it was brushed off and we never knew if there was anything being done. Recently we've had to push management to get these problems fixed but aside from that lack of communication, we've enjoyed our time here.

My experience with this community has been nothing less than great! I have only been here for a few months but since my move in date everything has been smooth sailing, from the application process all the way down to the maintenance service.

I have seen. tremendous change the property and parking garage is keep clean there is less feces I'm the hallway the hallways smell good the carpet is clean Thank God the gate is finally fixed I would recommend There apartment to a friend the management them are a nice groups of people they ate courteous and polite

Beautiful view, pet friendly, nice amenities, a whole lot of counter spaces. Overall I'm in LOVE with my new apartment. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to any body. The leasing office people are very nice and helpful.
