Beautiful place and super friendly neighbors! I love this community and am very thankful that i was able to move in so quickly . Management is amazing i couldn't of asked for a better place to live !!

Initially moving to Arium City lake now Regard at Med center my experience was good. I enjoyed staying here. As time has gone on not so much. The upkeep of the hallways and the garage is poor. But the staff is great. When I'm able to get in contact with someone. The manager is nice and always willing to handle issues directly if it can't be solved properly by other staff.

Community is renovating and improving! The apartments are very spacious and the worth the price. Located near two beautiful lakes. Very convenient location and connectivity to 610. Got a good look and lease move in special

Awesome . I really like it. It's a big difference from my last apartment. I am so glad I have made the decision to live here. There is so many difference that I can compare to what I like and what I don't like compared to my old apartment.

I absolutely love it so far, everyone is so warm and welcoming. The office staff is fantastic, always responsive as far as emails go. Overall it's such a welcoming quite environment. Not to mention the awesome lake view
