Great complex. Beautiful units, good amenities. Being able to open the gate from your phone is a huge asset for food deliveries. The maintenance team is nice and responsive. The office staff is very helpful except for Taylor has an attitude sometimes. The community is very diverse with various cultures and ages, so noise isn't really a problem. I've never had any packages stolen. It is pet friendly but I haven't seen animal waste left around the community. Shoutout to the maintenance staff for keeping the place tidy. The only downside is staff could communicate closures sooner. For example: if the office will be closed for a staff meeting OR if a holiday is coming up and the valet trash won't be in service, they notify us the morning of. At that point it's too late to take action. Overall it's a great community and I enjoy living here. Highly recommend.

This has been a clean and safe property overall. The community is calm, the appliances work well, and the leasing agents are very responsive and helpful whenever I need something. My only major concern is that a package delivered to my door was stolen, which was frustrating and something I hope the property can improve on. Otherwise, it has generally been a comfortable and reliable place to live.

Apartments are cool, staff do not give much of welcoming vibes. It's an apartment what can you expect. Maintenance is cool they get the job done. Location is great, grocery and shopping stores are convenient.

Customer service is consistently professional and responsive. However, the cleanliness of the community's common areas is lacking. The corridors often appear dirty, with stained concrete from food and debris. Dust accumulates on doors and fans, and the stairwells are frequently soiled with animal urine, bird droppings, and leftover food. There is a significant issue with dog waste throughout the property, and some residents fail to keep their pets leashed. While the pedestrian gates are regularly broken, they are generally repaired in a timely manner. More pet waste stations are needed and should be strategically placed throughout the gated areas to encourage responsible pet ownership. Trash accumulation is also a serious concern?garbage often piles up outside the receptacles when there is no scheduled pick-up. Additionally, the presence of marijuana and tobacco smoke is noticeable throughout the property. The information provided about courtesy officers is misleading. During the move-in process, it was implied that security presence was consistent in the evenings, but it was not clarified that it only applies when off-duty police officers are at home. Weekend noise levels are often elevated, with loud music and televisions contributing to a disturbance. Considering the cost of living here, one would expect a significantly higher standard of maintenance and amenities. There are newer communities nearby with lower rent and better-maintained facilities.

The property is very nice and in an quite area!! I wish the old management was back it was ran a lot better! They email about unnecessary things In stead of what needs to be done. Hopefully things will I'll get better!!

I enjoy how quiet and put together the community is. I think that as a whole the staff here do their best to keep the complex looking nice and attending to resident issues. It currently is one the best apartments I have rented in terms of community standards and amenities inside and outside. I believe the cost can be justified with how well everything is taken care of. The only complaint I would have would be to the large dog owner residents who don't pick up after their pets and don't seem to have proper control when going on walks with them. That has been my only frustration of seeing unattended dog waste and having to keep my dog away from the large reactive dogs which are given a lot of leash from their owners to lunge and pull.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at MMA Park Point. Recently, my car was towed from the parking lot, and when I reached out to the office manager for help, they were completely unhelpful. Not only did they fail to connect me with anyone who could assist in resolving the situation, but they also offered no real solutions or empathy for the inconvenience caused. It felt like they didn’t care at all. Instead of calling and having the car released or apologizing the manager sent an email ACKNOWLEDGING that our cars were previously registered upon move in. She continued by sending a screenshot showing I opened an email (which I had just opened today) claiming that was proof we had known about the change in tow companies. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the apartment complex has been scheduling maintenance to come to my unit unannounced. This lack of communication and respect for my privacy is incredibly frustrating. I shouldn’t have to worry about random maintenance visits without being given prior notice, especially after the already poor handling of the towing incident. It’s clear to me that customer service and tenant satisfaction are not priorities here. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering renting at MMA Park Point. DEAD ROACHES ALL OVER THE PROPERTY. DONT MOVE HERE.

Its great community and am glad its improving all around. The staff is great and friendly and are glad to help anytime. The community could have a little improvement regarding trash and picking up after themselves but other than that the community is friendly.

Yes, i like my apartment very much. I have been here for six months. Our community is friendly and the staff is competent and courteous. I like the gym and swimming pool settings and I plan to use them more. The meeting rooms and TV room are also very nice!

The apartments are nice. But the community is beyond terrible. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from walking, their dogs running, door slamming, sneezing, you name it!!!! The leasing office does absolutely NOTHING!!! They will downplay every complaint. I am so ready to move out of here.
