New improvements to the community, better place to live in. My unit is upgraded with new granite counter tops, new cabinets, new tub with tile surround. No security office but property is small and calm doesn't need one. I will surely renew my lease this year :)

Friendly staff, bilingual and always available. very well maintained property with in-house maintenance staff quick to respond. In best school district.

I have lived here for years and have seen the difference since the new management took over. The noise on wknds has improved there's no drunkies outside. The property is cleaner and more family oriented. By far am very pleased.

I appreciate how management and maintenance take interna e in tenants needs. They continue to improve and have made positive changes through the years. I've lived in this community for the past 8 years and enjoy how friendly, family oriented and economical Spring Gardens Apartments are.
