This apartment complex has abandoned vehicles, refrigerators, lawnmowers, and every other kind of appliance left to rust, leak, and rot along the Eastern side of the property that boarders Jacquelyn. The land lord does not bother to clean things up and the tenets do not either so the neighbors are left to deal with trash, stray animals living in busted out cars, and unsightly junk.
