I have lived there since July 2005. I really like it. It is quiet, nice neighbors, a call with a problem, it is handled promptly. Management is really on top of things and will help in any way they can. They keep the complex safe and secure as possible.

Have lived here 2 yrs. Renewing my lease when it's up. Best place for quiet, super location, secure, big park next door, great value for the rent amount. They're remodeling apartments as people move out. Every apartment community has quirks and this one has a few. Diverse community, wonderful younger and older residents. I've looked and there's not a better apartment for the money and location. Utility Bills paid! You control your AC & heat and have a very short wait for hot water. Mary Jewel (Mgr) is awesome and Maintenance/Service from Santos & Dennis is 5-Stars!

This is my home - Park. Shadows is a beautiful, diverse community, that is old-fashioned - lovely green space, affordable, and with GREAT neighbors and a sense of peace and belonging. The management is professional, efficient, and CARING. In a world with everything is big-box and super corporate, this is rare. Having Mary Jewel Drinkard in the office is wonderful, as she watches over the property, and is so attentive to residents, setting the tone of community and belonging. Maintenance with Santos and Dennis are beyond efficient, and often come within minutes to take care of any need. Joei Hayes, the property manager, is also very nice and professional. Park Shadows is a model for what community should be. Every day, I appreciate living here, an oasis in fast-paced, often over-developed Houston. Also, the area, Spring Branch is so close to everything, a gem within the 4th largest city in the country!

Mary, has made it such a Beautiful, Pleasant experience. Everything about the Complex is VERY clean and pleasant to be in. I'm looking forward to the Activity Center to reopen. Mum's the word, but I hear they have Bingo & Pot Luck's...I'm in.. Looking forward to being here for a Looooong time.

I absolutely love it here. I would recommend this complex to anyone, especially seniors. The grounds are well kept, it is quiet and maintenance is highly efficient. Santos is the best. The office manager, Mary, is also amazing. She is kind, knowledgeable and takes pride in what she does! I am extremely fond of her. I pray I never have to leave. They even have activities that residents can participate in. Wonderful complex!

Park Shadows is more than an apartment complex. It's a home. I had other family members move in here and chose to be close to them and am so glad I did. Each courtyard is quiet and well-maintained. I have an older unit with new floors- but all of my friends think it's been remodeled it's so well taken care of. My experience here has been incredible because of the staff here at Park Shadows- especially Mary Jewel. She is the property manager here and is incredibly observant, fast to help, and wonderful to speak with. Mary has treated me and my family so well. We had a death in the family early this year and Mary Jewel made sure that we were all okay and took to making sure that our neighbors and community here at Park Shadows were supportive during our time of mourning. I'll be renewing my lease here at Park Shadows (most of the tenants are long-time residents) because this is a blessing of a place to live. Thank you Mary and everyone who helps take care of our home!

I love living in this community! It is very quiet, peaceful and well maintained. The manager Mary is this best manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Mary is genuinely concerned about her residents and is always there to help and or answer any questions or concerns you may have.

I feel so at home here. The rent is fair and affordable. I am so impressed over the maintenance of the complex. There are always improvements being made, the grounds being kept neat and clean, and the new paint job is beautiful! Mary Jewel is our "go-to" person at the office, and believe me, she gets the job done with a smile and personable attitude. She lives here so she knows that keeping the residents happy keeps her happy. The only thing I can find fault with is the beach picture in the office. It's hung incorrectly, but hopefully someone will notice that small detail and then this beautiful complex will be perfect.

I love living here because the staff is excellent, things get done immediately when you ask and I feel safe here. Also the park is next door which is great for my walking! The neighbors are nice and quiet and the grounds are always kept up and clean. It's a win win!!!!

This place is absolutely awesome. Mary Jewel has a bubble personality. When the Harvey hurricane came in she was the first to check on the residences. She also went out of the way to see that all residences had food and water. I am not sure who she contacted but no time was wasted to make sure the clubhouse was full of what is need to help the residences comfortable. If anything breaks it will be fixed within a week(not months like other places).
