There's mice in the units I have pictures to show proof. The maintenance men are nice and there's only 2 , but never fix anything when asked they at something confiscated our bbq pits. There's There's black man walking the property always knocking on people's doors and dealing drugs and selling stolen property his name is James. 5Ft 11 about 230 lbs maybe 50 years old....theres also some constant theft cars getting broken in to.

office always closed poor maintenance and customer service office is always closed seems they cannot keep a manager always a new face when I go in CANNOT wait for my lease to be up. Owner needs to pay more attention on who he has running property. DON'T recommend to anyone

been living here for 3 months and I love it. Being in the spring branch area now days is very hard to find a peaceful place me and my husband love it maintenance staff and office staff are on top of our needs and manager is always walking with them every morning I don't work so I get to see what happens during day. Not too long ago they had a party for in office just for their residents really enjoyed it. Property very well kept I would recommend

Moved in here right after Harvey and let me tell you the office personnel tried their best to rush our move in manager was really helpful and even helped with move I am a single parent and care for my 2 kids. So far I like it and they really keep it cleaned up loved the national night out and enjoyed the free food signed a 6 month lease because I was not sure how it would turn out but its better than what I thought will renew with no doubt. Thanks again to Woodvine staff on helping and meeting my needs

Worst Apartments in Spring Branch. Manager is NEVER at the office. The office is aways closed. Maintenance staff hate to work and dont get the job done. They will give you the excuses that the manager isnt there to order parts of whatever. The sad thing is that they look like ---- from the inside, and rent them as if your moving into a loft. Not worth moving here staff sucks.

needed something fast and driving through long point noticed a man holding sign advertising Woodvine so decided to swing by and see what they were about office person Cindy was who helped me she showed me a upgraded unit but due to my financials I could only afford the regular units loved the way I was treated which was my impression of what I would be treated in the future now I have been here for almost 2 months and I am loving it. Thank you very much for your time and help definitely will recommend to my co workers.

management and maintenance are great! Very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. Maintenance gets work orders completed in timely manner. My lease is ending by the end of April and will be signing another 12 month lease really recommend

Best place to live, maintenance request done immediately and wonderful friendly staff. BEST PROPERTY IN SPRING BRANCH THEY KEEP IT VERY WELL CLEAN

I wanted to write yall a short note about woodvine and their staff.. I have lived here for over 20 years & have gone through so MANY managers and maintenance staff and I have to say they are one of the best team we have had very well spoken and polite always professional and helpful I definitely recommend as your new home.
