if you are looking for a nice,safe,good environment for you and your kids or family, then, this apartment complex is not the answer. The new office staff is really not helpful at all, the courtesy officers are very unprofessional, the apartment complex allow any and everybody to move in, as long as you can pay your rent.I must admit, i didn't do my homework,because i was looking on the outside exterior, but, when i first move in and everyday since i've been living in this apartment complex, it has been horrible!!! if you like drugs,your car broken into,------ drama,no peace when you come home from work,everyone hanging out all times of the night, loud music from cars,your neighbors loud music,and most of all rodents,spiders and just trifling people that is not use to anything nice.Then you've found the place for you and your family.GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Ok so we all can change opinions. New management, new faces and better than that new attitude. They have meetings where I been attending for the past two months about crime prevention. Again, at the beginning I did not believe crap of what they were trying to do "clean house" aha %*&%$#^%^&. I guess I was a bit wrong. No more hanging outside the area or selling weed. Those courtesy officers are now walking, man I never seen them before but now they show up all the time. I guess something changed for good. Mmmm I have to admit, its good now, we will see for how long...

ppl is so stupid if u have such a big damn problem with the apartments and staff then ----- move da ---- out if its that damn bad i live here and i stay to myself i dont have any problems wat so eva i like da apartments......

ok i just went there mrs.toni did my paperwork she was very sweet i did'nt have any problems and i hope i don't i will be moving inbefore christmas.

I have barely been here a few months and I have seen ants, roaches, spiders and MICE!!!! I had several things wrong with my aprtment when I moved in adn now to top it all off there is all of these rodents!!! Please listen and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Oh the office is also slowful about getting things taken care of when it needs maintenence!!!!! RUN AAWAY FROM HERE FAST AND DO NOT LOOK BACK! But hey if you like to sleep with these things then this is the place for u! Oh the people who live there are ------, children running everywhere, trash in the streets and people hanging out all times of night!

The office staff is so dang on rude its sad. The leasing lady Toni she need a lesson on Fashion. Before I call the fashion police on her. The manager never comes out of her office to help with anything she act as if she scared of black people. The other manager she gay as I don't know what, and always want to lock someone OUT!! I'll knock her out, next time she some to my door. Max he just need more training on how to fix things.

THE APARTMENT LOOKS REALLY GOOD FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT ON THE INSIDE IT'S OCCUPIED BY DRUG DEALERS, PROSTITUTES AND ALL OF THE ABOVE THATS NOT EVEN MENTIONED. NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE ALL OF THAT GOING ON, BUT THE MANAGEMENT "SUCK". IMAGINE CALLING ORION MANAGEMENT TO HELP FIX A SIMPLE LIGHT BULB THAT WENT OFF. IT WILL NOT ONLY TAKE THEM THE ENTIRE WEEK, BUT THE ENTIRE YEAR. NOT EXAGGERATING AT ALL. MY LEASE ENDS IN JULY. AND THANK GOD THAT I'M OUT OF THE "HIGH CLASS ------" PLEASE DO ME FAVOR IF YOU MAKE ENOUGH TO PAY $720 ON 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT AND THERE IS NO REASON YOU SHOULD BE IN THE "HIGH CLASS ------". TRUTH.

I HATE THESE APARTMENTS THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I LIVE HERE AND THEY WILL NOT LET ME OUT OF IT! THEY ACCEPT SECTION 8 AND DIDN'T INFORM ME BEFORE I SIGNED MY LEASE! THE SECTION 8 RESIDENCE ALONG WITH THE EVACUEES HAS TURN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX INTO THE PROJECTS!ESTER IS NOT HELPFUL. TIFFANY DOES TRY TO HELP IF SHE CAN. ALSO THE REALITOR WENDY IS ALWAYS OUT OF THE OFFICE AND CAN NOT HELP EITHER. I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE!PARENTS DON'T EVEN WATCH THEIR CHILDREN. KIDS ARE OUT ALL TIMES OF THE NIGHT KNOCKING AND RINGING DOOR BELL! I GIVE THE A "N" FOR NEEDING IMPROVEMENT...ESPECIALLY WHEN IM PAYING MY HARD EARN 720 TO LIVE IN WHAT I NOW KNOW TO BE AS THE PROJECTS!

Ana and her crew are the most unprofessional, nonconcern, disrespectful group of idiots I have ever encountered. Never return your call in a timely manner and they have no concern for their tenants in good standing. When you sign your lease -they will never provide a copy. When you ask for a copy, they'll claim they're "getting back with you" for an entire year and never provide a copy for you. I think a background check should be done on Little Nell's employees just as they do with their tenants.

My friend and I went a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady named is Ana she was giving us the run-around the whole time and seemed like she did NOT care (not answering emails, coming back on certain days, nothing to show etc.). They are placed in the heart of Houston s hottest crime area I SWEAR! and they are PROJECT HOMES!!! meaning everyone living there are test subjects for their property and location purposes that s why they don t care, I talked to a tenant living there and she cant wait until her lease is up to get the hell out of there, she complained about maintenance and how no one cared! I have visited around night time just to see how it is and trust me its horrible, I feel like I m going to get mugged just visiting .so RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
