I've lived on the property since August. I really enjoy living here. The grounds are very well maintained and when I have to call for maintenance issues, they are quick to respond. All of my maintenance issues have been minor (change the filter, dishwasher not working). I had a communiation problem with the assistant manager Andy, but I spoke with the manager Esther and she resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Anna, the leasing agent is their best asset! There are a lot of children on the property, but it appears that they position residents with families toward the front of the property and keep the single people in the back. The garage of course is a very nice added touch. I'm lucky to have a unit with the garage attached. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

This place looks all good and pretty sittin' in a bad area anyways so you think let me give it a try because it looks so nice from the outside. It is located less then a mile from the heaviest gang activity hotspots in Houston over near Club Creek rd. First of all it is a tax credit apartment so you can't make over a certain amount which everyone lies anyways to get a good deal on this apartment because why the **** would you be living there if you driving a mercedes or bmw..lord knows I seen them there. So we lived there for a year and have never lived in such a uncaring community. The staff is horrible and no one cares about you, especially the ditzy blonde -------- lady(Nira or Niro is her name I think), she doesn't know **** about what's going on in the apartment and is a complete moron when questioned about stuff regarding the apartment. We constantly had problems with the garage door people being able to to open your garage door with their remote and had some stuff STOLEN out of it. Luckily we had insurance to cover it. Lots of kids from other neighborhoods around the area kick out fence boards, break gutters, and destroy lights that are mounted around the complex. We even had a shooting and stabbing outside our door between both of our neighbors(one was from Lousiana and the other from Houston). Alot of people from Lousiana lived there too who didn't really care about anything and had the "I have a chip on my shoulder" complex but I think most of them had been moved out near the end there. Someone had a party of around 50 kids drinking and smoking while blaring music until 3AM and the cops never came nor did the apartment complex do anything about it after numerous calls from other residents. Most kids run around with no parent supervision and no values given from the parents as there are many ignorant people that live there. Don't believe me? Live there and find out for yourself. This is definetely not a place to raise your kids nor live there yourself although they try to appear kid friendly...it is NOT. Let me put it this way, if you use to living in an area where 2 and 3 year olds run around unattended in the street and vandalism, violence, and shootings happen on a daily basis then by all means move in. Also you will get an appearance from the ghettobird "police helicopter" every other night. Then after we moved out they have tried to tell us we never paid a deposit and won't give us back OUR deposit money. If they do this to you, take their *** to court, because I have. There was a few cool residents but the majority was explained above. The ONLY good person in the office is the head maintenance guy who had to put up with kids breaking fence boards and having to repair everything unrespectful kids would break. I felt sorry for him at times because of this. Look..all of the comments given by people are the truth and I just took it to the next level so people will know...take it as you want. You do not want to live here....period. If you are super ------ or just don't give a **** about anyone and have no respect for people in general, then this is your place. I am not a resident, but I stopped by to see an apartment. I called the day before to let them know I was coming. When I got there, there was nothing to see.

They walked all over me and no one ever spoke or asked me if I needed help, I had to tell them I needed help.

There were so many people in the office with problems, I talked to most of them to find out what they thought about the place. There were children climbing over the swimming pool fence.

Run like HELL to a better place, you will probably be so frustrated. The staff is AWEFUL.
