Little Nell's apartment is very beautiful, quiet, and a great place to call home. The property manager, leasing consultant, and staff are very helpful and professional. I definitely recommend that family and friends apply for these apartments.

I took a drive through this apartment complex and the parking is horrendous the trash on the premises is astoundingly horrible. This apartment complex looks nice from the highway yet extremely poorly managed. I drove through New Year's Eve and the fireworks in the middle of the road did not permit drivers to go through and was held basically hostage between two different families firing off fireworks. I wonder do the owners of this property know exactly how it's being managed.

The staff is always willing to help to resolve any issues that I have . The only thing I dislike us that I want to move closer to the front however I have to get on a waiting list and I'm a current resident??. The property is well maintained yet if they only fined residents for placing their trash bags on the side of the trash receptacles when the receptacles are empty. That's my only pet peeve.

I was very sad to find out Lily left she was the only one that was always willing to help. Now we have a office who doesn't know anything and every time I call to ask something they never have an answer. One day I walked in there and the manager couldn't even program my new cell phone number to the gate. It's a shame that her being there so long she didn't even know how to program something. And you can't even call the corporate office because the supervisor never answers the phone or when she does she also never has an answer to things! I am so sick and tired of this property now that the assistant left I might just leave as well.

I currently moved with my mom here after a few months living with my aunt, I've only been here 2 weeks and I hate the place! Infested with hood rats that don't have respect for adults or private property! If you are in view of this complex please be aware of some facts; no sleep during weekdays or weekends! Kids fighting or running around early morning and late at night! It seems like they have no bed time or have no interest in that they have school the next day! They don't care whose car it is they will just lay on top with no consideration! And some of this kids are heavy so imagine the dent! If you sound the alarm on your car it seems it is a welcoming noise to bother you and your property more! And of course this apartments have garages and it is so annoying that during the weekend there are kids running around and punching the heck out of the garage doors....not a pleasant noise either! Nonetheless, there are people who just come here during the weekends and create an overflow of cars (they decide to park in front of garage doors blocking your exit) and during the week you will never find parking past 6 p.m or on Sunday's! Hate hate hate this place! Can never concentrate on projects, homework or catch on my sleep! Disappointing as this apartments are so gorgeous!

Recently I visted the office of Little Nell. The office smelled really nice and the staff there was very helpful!! I was surprised to see that the ladies were actually very professional and willing to help me find a place. -------- is a great person and her willingness to help really amazed me. The office is very busy but you can rest assured that they will take their time and help you. I submitted an application and I hope that I can call Little Nell my New Home!!

I was very, very impressed when I first moved into the complex in 2008 the front office staff was very nice,so was the property manager well I say after living there for another year I really started to see the real deal and what this apartment complex was really about (Drama infested hood rats). Theres always something going on from early in the morning until late at night it's either loud music, fighting, wild ------ kids,or trash everywhere, u can always catch a breeze of someone smoking something other than tobacco and beer can all on the playgroung. And its to the point now that whenever I get off work I dont even want to go home cause I know I wont be able to get NO sleep! My family hates it here so if I were you I would run as far away from this place as you can!!!!!

These apartments are horrible..I have lived here 3 months and can say with out a doubt this is the worst place I have ever lived. Roaches run rampid and gun shots heard every weekend..the management won't fix anything and the grounds are littered with trash every day...Don't move here...go somewhere else please!

4 years ago I was in the process of making a "quick move" and had been eying the Little Nell complex since it had been built. I have always lived in the area but in a less desirable zone. By all appearances it seemed to be a very nice complex. The grounds were clean, never saw any "bad elements" hanging around it seemed to be well maintained or managed. I was surprised to learn that the complex was "income based" you can't make to much or make too little in order to qualify, in addition to the standard rental requirements. I moved in and in less than 2 months had 2 very frightening(gang related experiences) with some of the people there (who in all fairness to The Little Nell may not have even been residents of the complex) It was right after hurricane IKE so it could have been people staying with residents or "squaters".Anyway, I have 3 young sons (14,10 and 4 at the time) and I am a single mother and neither myself or my children have ever been around this type of environment even though I have never lived in the best of neighborhoods. Needless to say, I didn't know what I had gotten myself and my children into by moving here. I thought "this is what I get for not doing the night time "drive though" people recommend before moving into a complex.I didn't know gangs were really, real here besides what I had only seen on TV in other cities. Without getting into the whole, long, drawn out story i'll get to the point. I was enticed by the look of the place even though its neighborhood surroundings are questionable and may leave something to be desired. It was not what I expected THEN. Fast forward 3 1/2 years later and 3 to 4 management changes, a lot of work and the hiring of a great new staff The Little Nell has vastly improved over the passed 2 years. I am a stickler for maintenance which is now always handled in a timely manner. No more of the "bad element" although there will always be a few bad apples no matter where you go, it's nothing intorelable. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous and they always have positive activities for children on the grounds as well as after school activites if you have any concern about that. When I first moved in all that I liked about the place was my apartment. Now I love living here. Now I think of The Little Nell as "A nice house on a bad block". It has understandably gotten a bad rap in the past but I believe a great deal of effort has been made by the management company to really improve their reputation and it has and is paying off.
