The conditions of the apartments are horrible. The office staff seems unresponsive to repair requests and shows a lack of efficiency and professionalism (anyone who says otherwise is lying). A persistent rat infestation in several buildings has been repeatedly reported to management, but the problem remains unaddressed and excuses are offered instead of solutions. I don't recommend renting here unless you love rats and want to deal with them 24/7.

great customer service, everybody in the office are nice and helpful. Good rent prices and well kept apartment units, very clean, spacious and maintenance are always there to help with emergencies....

You tell the office people what need to be fix they never do anything about it and they are very rude!Always have an attitude no type of customer service how do you expect residence to feel comfortable with people like that in charge always having new management and still nothing gets fix so very frustrating

The office is so irresponsible. My wife and I have adviced them of the pressure in the bath/shower head being folly, since we first moved in. It has been about 5 months and every time they say they will put it in the work order but didn't really fix it just change the short head and it was the same issue. The exterminator hasn't came once. We advised the office that there were termites in the bathroom sink and they didn't do anything about it. It's frustrating, they don't seem to care; specially the manager.

THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER! I've lived there for about 2 months and I never got my own parking. I understand parking is horrible at all apartments places but here it is so bad. Its ridiculous! The walls have cracks. My sink is just broken. My stove sucks. This place is the worst place to live at. I moved out before my lease was even up. This place sucks!

Excellent location just a couple of miles away from the junction of three major highways (610, 290 and 10) which provide easy, convenient access to various routes that anyone may take to get to work. I made may decision to move here based on two primary concerns: I was made to feel at home due to the pleasantness of the staff during my application/approval process and I am exactly 4.2 miles away from the office where I work. I do not think I would be as comfortable anywhere else.

No es muy agradable el trato que dan en la oficina ya que son demasiado intransigentes y no buscan que los residentes queden satisfechos por sus pol?ticas absurdas que son viables a cambiar no se piden imposibles pero la verdad queda mucho que desear

I enjoy the community they are friendly and get involved with the residents by having gatherings the staff is professional and they really try to meet the needs of the residents the area is quit and the crime rate is low and the staff knows you by name

Worst place to live in Texas. The staff lie to you to get you to sign the lease and then claim they never said any of it. They will harass you for their insurance even though you opt out and get your own. Then they tell you, if you don't like it, don't stay. The office staff should all be fired, they are totally incompetent and lacking in customer service skills.
