You get a decent amount of space for what you pay, however management and maintenance is very unreliable. Maintenance has only ever shown up twice to my apartment, once on my move in date because the air conditioning was not working and the previous resident had broken the stove, and once to flip my breaker back on, despite having multiple other work orders placed on my move in sheet. When I told management that my breaker was flipped they said I could not fix it myself, but instead would have to wait a week for maintenance to get to me. Nobody ever showed up, so I went in again and asked when it would be fixed, making sure they were aware that I had no working electrical plugs except for those located in my bedroom and bathroom, and was using an extension cord across my apartment just to plug in my microwave. They told me it would be fixed immediately, yet nobody showed up again. After the second week I called in prepared to file a complaint, and only then did they send someone to fix it. This was something extremely inconvenient that I could have fixed in 5 minutes by myself, but I was forced to wait two and a half weeks for maintenance to show up. Another problem is parking. I can only get a parking spot within the complex about half the times I come home from work, and am forced to park at a nearby elementary school and walk to my unit the other half. I've learned that it is useless to even attempt finding parking if I get home past 7pm, so if you work late you might as well save yourself the time and park at the elementary school instead of looking for an open spot at the apartments. My neighbors are fine for the most part, although none of them speak English. This is almost an entirely Spanish speaking community, to the point where even some the maintenance people don't speak English. There are lots of children running around screaming, which doesn't bother me, but it's probably worth mentioning that they can be heard from inside my unit. Staff has always been friendly, but they are extremely unreliable. During my initial move in I called several times to try and put a down payment on the unit I wanted, and every time they told me they would call back in 5 minutes with a price and other information I needed, yet they never did. I had to follow up the next day and ask for the information again several times with the same result before I finally just drove down in person to get the information. This should have been a red flag for me, but this was the only place near my job at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, this behavior has not changed during my three months living here. I will likely move out as soon as my lease expires unless things change.

I have been living at Northwest Corners for a couple years now and can say that it is a very nice place to live.It's pretty quiet and safety wise I beleive it's under control,never had any problems.Courtesy officer is always on duty at night and maintenance is always prompt!Also leasing staff is very helpful,i definetly recommend this property as your home!!!

These apartments are pure ilucion and the rating is not really serious about not stain your page because you only have a photo and the fence surrounding the apartment is broken there is no security...

Although the are rebuilding some of the units, it is a great place to live
