I can't believe there are good reviews on this. Not many but there are. 10 years ago it was nice. Everyone loved and respected each other. Has gone down hill. Crime is through the roof. Three ppl have been murdered on site this year alone. Cars get broken into, cars on blocks, apartments get broken into. I'm so happy to be moving. Oh, they don't put chlorine in the pool either. Bugs.... All apartments are connected, therefore if one person in your building gets them you all get them. That's basic though. The gates are never closed. Let's put up fliers inviting criminals. Yes ppl here are insanely loud. Maintenance here is bad. I ask to fix my toilet.... Told we don't have time for that. Ok, I guess it's nice having a self flushing toilet. They footing the water bill anyway. Now I saw years and years the property was good and now going down hill like it jumped out of airplane. The office has always been bad. Revolving door employment. They all get fired or ask to leave. I have so many insane bad stories of everyone who worked in the office. This one take the cake. New light has been brought to the attention of the residents. So many have said the same thing. Being charged and fee for any little reason. They keep the money. It's obvious. Main things are late fee on your rent when you paid it on the 1st, something under the stairwell outside, outside decor, trash disposal, etc. everyone who has been in that office are very negative, hateful, scammers. Oh the is no security by the way. They want to make this normal rent. Technically it's section 8. $1400 a month???? No no no. Y? Who would pay that in the ------. Even the office is ------ and thieves. $1400 a month go up the street to the Cunningham. 2 bed 2 bath. Same price. No bug problems, one gate constantly closed, patrolled by actually HPD so no crime, the pool has a waterfall and propane bar-b-q pits to use at your pleasure at the pool (which everyone cleans up after themselves). They are really nice. Sweetwater.... This place is shaking hands with the -----.

I’ve been here almost a year n I will be renewing my lease. No major issues just a few roaches but what place doesn’t have them. Thankfully we have exterminators that fix that. Love the maintenance people.

Sweetwater Point has by FAR, the most amazing customer service, Management team, and leasing consultants I have ever encountered!! They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable, you instantly feel like you're at home. They also make sure to go above and beyond and I could not thank them all enough!! Not only is their property beautiful, the size and space in their apartments is wonderful! I would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to have a great experience finding a new place to call home. (No I am not exaggerating what so ever, this is a very honest review, please come see for yourself!) =)

I'm about to move thank god. Lived on the 3rd floor but neighborhood downstairs are the worst noisy noisy noisy! decided it's time for me to go! Trash people come and pick up the trash at around 3am that is crazy! they always wake me up they are so loud! People here are some nasty they throw trash everywhere all the time. We went on Vacation out of town and someone hit my husband car and dented his front bender. People around here are gett6there rims and tires stolen, no security or cameras once so ever. Maintance is good and staff. It's just really bad to live here with all the noise happening. Don't move in if your looking for a peaceful and quite place. Also couldn't use my washer cause neighbors downstairs were getting a leak and apartments people told me to stop using it, no laundry facility available here.

Please stay away from these apartments! It's so bad that I broke my lease to get away. The most important reason why I left is the environment. At any point of the day you'll find people hanging out drinking and being rude. The foot traffic was unbearable because people sat in the stairway smoking. Being that my daughter is an asthmatic coming home was always stressful. The wall are thin and if you get neighbor like the one I had you could hear every fight and normal conversation in the other apartment. Also the whole apartment complex is always covered in trash and the dumpsters are always spilling over. The residents with dogs dont pick up after them so you are going to step in poop even walking on the sidewalk. The day I moved in I found a roach nest in the pantry so I bombed the apartment myself. Then 2 months later I noticed roaches coming out of the vents. Management is terrible! Dont call them for help or questions because no one knows anything and are rude. If I could give this place no stars I would. If you can afford to pay a little more move to Cypress Creek Apartment Homes they a cleaner, quieter and more secure since their gates work unlike Sweetwater Point.

I'm thinking of moving there this coming November. I want to know a few things about the property first. Are there any break ins there? Is it quite or noisy? How fast does maintenance respond to work orders and especially emergencies? I don't like noisy/nasty neighbors and don't like thugs (of any race). What's been your experience living there? Please be honest. Thank you.
