This place is such a cute, walkable gem. I don't own a car and am able to walk to trails, the grocery store, my pharmacy, yoga classes, coffeeshops, and more. The staff is very kind and helpful. The grounds are always upkept and beautiful. The apartments themselves have everything you need, plenty storage too. Living here is a dream!

I have enjoyed living at the Villas of River Oaks. IT is in close proximity to many of the events, hobbies I enjoy. There are several parks in the area and plenty of restaruants, lounges and other sources of entertainment.

I’ve been living at the Villas for over ten years. The complex offered a number of advantages over other places: open green areas, gated, good parking garage with elevator, pool, gym and other amenities. Its location is convenient. There are good restaurants, theaters, banks, post office, drug stores, and grocery stores nearby. When hurricane Harvey turned the Buffalo Bayou into a lake we were on high ground.

I have an enjoyed living here, the greenery is one of the biggest highlights and the community feels safe and homely even at night. The location is the number one best thing I’d say and to be this close to nature and the rest of the city is nigh unbeatable.

It has been an amazing three years and the community and the cleanliness has been superb. The staff at the apartment complex has been timely and respectful and also very friendly. The location of the apartments cannot be beat.
