The people that work here are very cool. Greystar however seems to be out of budget for renovations inside the units. If you like modern appliances go elsewhere. There appears to be little investment in keeping up interiors.

Villas At River Oaks has been an exceptional experience. I am absolutely in love with my apartment, its layout, the gorgeous views from all the windows, the location near beautiful nature walking and running trails, the salt water pool, the gracious, Knowledgeable and professional staff and maintenance team, ease for recycling paper, plastic, glass, and cans, and so much more. I have the highest appreciation and gratitude for the amenities, and the value that we are receiving!

Great maintenance staff, quick to respond to any requests, clean facilities, nice gym, excellent location in the city, good price, homey feel within the community, nice pool, helpful office staff - would recommend

By far the villas at River Oaks is the most well-managed apartment complex I’ve lived in. There is a friendly, efficient thoughtful team, working in every aspect of this complex. I’m very impressed and would recommend it highly to anyone considering living here.

I’ve been reluctant to write a review of the Villas until I submitted a maintenance request because sometimes that can make or break or a complex for me. I submitted my first request this week and it was easy, efficient, and professional. Exactly like the rest of my experience living at the Villas. I love it here

We've had a wonderful experience living here for the past 2 years. If we weren't moving to another city we would definitely have renewed our lease, just in a bigger apartment unit. We will miss this place for sure! :)

The location is unbeatable and the community is relatively quiet. The maintenance and leasing staff are phenomenal at responding in a timely manner and keeping everyone in the loop about community and building updates.

super mid apartments with loud neighbors, trash pick up and package delivery they force on you is not up to any bit of standard. maintenance requests are not taken seriously at all, staff disregards requests.

Good environment. safe garage and neighborhood. The place is clean and tidy. Maintenance is a plus. Abrupt in responding to issues. Staffs are friendly too and readily available. The only issue is the flooring on the second floors are loud at times.

Some tenants do not care if you have a child living on the 3rd floor. I was kicked out early because they refused to understand that I have a 20 months old. They could no longer wait. That was the only negative thing I can say so far. Overall, I still love living in this apartment. Comfortability, accessibility and safety is the best.
