I lived here for a short time, through the signing of a lease agreement, about six months ago and became very concerned regarding unprofessional, abusive, and inappropriate behaviors of South Main Building's Property Manager ------------, among another in the employ of the management company, as well as someone working through third-party services. PM ------------ exhibited an aggressive and hostile personality and after speaking with an area manager for ZRS Management (which manages South Main Building) about my concerns, by telephone, I followed up by email. Shortly thereafter (I think it was less than 24 hours following my written correspondences to corporate) I found myself being addressed by someone whose behaviors I would come to recognize later as consistent with patterns evident of psychopathy, -------------- (of ----------------------------- P.C.). I was not even able to fully address matters regarding ZRS Management's abusive employee, South Main Building Property Manager ------------, before Attorney -------- (--------------) would come to harass and threaten arrest and trespass charges against me through written correspondence as well as email communication. I believe this attorney may have also engaged in fraudulent eviction proceedings and/or false claims in written correspondence alleging that I no longer had rights to the South Main Building property. I would suggest avoiding this property (especially if ------------ is still the property manager) as well as any properties managed by ZRS Management, at all costs! ------------ antagonized me, then warned me if I were to file a complaint against her, with corporate, that she had been working for them for 20 years; she is among the most abusive of individuals I have ever encountered-she appears to exhibit, possibly, several traits of a pathological personality, within both categories of "antagonism" as well as "lack of inhibition." ------------ exhibits a malignant personality and I believe she is a sociopath.
