Our family has lived at Camden Vanderbilt for years, and we recently moved to a new unit within the community due to renovations. Our upgraded unit is splendid! From the moment we inquired about transferring, the Camden Vanderbilt team was incredibly efficient. They provided a great quote and a reasonable move-in date on the very same day. They promptly inspected our old unit, then swiftly prepared and executed our transfer documents, securing us a favorable new lease we truly appreciate. Even during their busy season, the caring and accommodating team made our move easier. They seamlessly granted access to our new unit and perfectly aligned our move-in date with our movers' schedule. The Camden Vanderbilt team works hard and closely together, transforming what could have been a complex task into a smooth and rewarding experience. We're very happy with our new home and grateful for their exceptional support.

Silvia is always available to help whenever I need it and quick to ensure my address any or my concerns to submitting my work orders. She makes living here great! Have been living here for about two months and really enjoying it so far! When I originally came by the leasing office to get some information, Cassie Davis was EXTREMELY pleasant, helpful, and efficient in helping me find the perfect apartment. Highly recommend working with her!

The managing power lose is being awful during the July hot weather. Most of the properties may pay attention and solved the problem soon. But we don't have electricity for more than 3 days and there is no action from Camden. Why don't you provide a generator for over 2500 residences?

I've really enjoyed living in Camden Vanderbilt for the last several years. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, perfect for walking my dog. The staff are all great; Jessica in particular is outstanding - always friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Every maintenance team member who has serviced my apartment has been wonderful, but Edgar is exceptional!! He comes prepared, goes above and beyond to fix the problem, and does an awesome job at communicating the issue every time.

Absolutely disgusted with how the staff has treated my family after living at this complex for over a year. The disrespect and poor management has me so appalled to where we are now advising others not to live at the is complex. If you are looking for a place to be neglected and charged frivolously for items not in the contract then this is the place for you. Maintenance issues are frequent and not so quickly handled. Front office only wants your signature on the lease then will neglect you thereafter. It is sad that this complex which was so inviting a few years ago now has these fundamental issues.
