Llevo años viviendo en este complejo de apartamentos, y veo la tranquilidad la limpieza y el orden desde la manager hasta los residentes, yo no veo personas tomando licor en la parte de afuera, ni con drogas, a todos los que he recomendado les he dicho que pasen a cualquier hora del día por estos apartamentos para que vean qué es verdad lo que les he comentado, que se vive tranquilo, y aparte cómo es todo los biles incluidos yo veo el ahorro de dinero, de aquí no me voy.

Estoy contenta de vivir en un lugar tranquilo, lejos de la delincuencia y el desorden, donde hay respecto entre vecinos, ya vivo aqui por unos cuantos años y estoy feliz con la administracion que hay hace como 4 años para aca, cada dia trabajan con amor, mejorando mas este lugar en general, y siempre ayudando al inquilino, y todos los biles incluidos, LO RECOMIENDO DE CORAZON.

real bad maintenance, things never get fixed, just one big ac for a whole lot of apartments, so as you know it doesn't cool your apartment off thats why if you go around the property you will see a lot of window ac's, oh and half of the time its broken.... i wouldn't recommend anyone to come live here unless you like to live in an apartment where is 95 degrees inside during summer.

ES UN LUGAR DONDE SE VIVE TRANQUILO, RESIDENCIAL, BIEN CENTRICO, EN EL TIEMPO QUE TENGO VIVIENDO AQUI, HE CONOCIDO A RESIDENTES QUE VIVEN YA HACE TIEMPO EN ESTE LUGAR Y NO QUIEREN IRSE, Y ME FIJE QUE AQUI NO TE SUBEN LA RENTA, NI HAY CONTRATO DE 6 O 12 MESES, UN SOLO CONTRATO DE MES X MES HASTA QUE UNO DECIDA IRSE, Y TAMBIEN NO HAY RECARGOS POR PAGAR TARDE, SOLO UN CARGO DE $25 DESPUES DEL DIA 5 Y ESO ES TODO, Y TIENES TU PARQUEO RESERVADO, NO HAY DELINQUENCIA, YA QUE CUANDO APLICAS TE REVISAN BIEN LOS ANTECEDENTES, OH!!! Y OTRA COSA, LA APLICACION ES BIEN SENCILLA Y NO TIENE COSTO NINGUNO, TODOS LOS BILES INCLUIDOS, YO HASTA AHORA NO HABIA VIVIDO EN UN LUGAR TAN BUENO COMO ESTE CON TODAS ESTAS CARATERISTICAS, Y LA SE ORA QUE TRABAJA EN LA OFICINA ES UNA PERSONA BIEN RESPONSABLE CON SU TRABAJO, AL IGUAL QUE EL SE OR DE MANTENIMIENTO, YO ESTOY BIEN CONTENTO DE VIVIR AQUI.

yo vivo en estos apartamentos y lo recomiendo al que le guste ahorrar dinero en renta ya que es con todos los biles incluidos y ademas no te suben la renta y no hay recargos por pagar tarde la renta, se vive tranquilo y en un area buena, digo esto ya que la tranquilidad se ve y esta frente al cvs que esta abierto 24 horas, y a la universidad, cerca de la carretera 59 y 10, y a 10 minutos del centro de houston, es como vivir en tu casa con tu parqueo reservado. http://goo.gl/maps/h3js6 I live in these apartments and would recommend who likes to save money on rent as it is with all UTILITIES INCLUDED and also do not raise the rent and no surcharges for late payment of rent, you live in a quiet and nice area, I say this because it is quiet and faces the cvs that is open 24 hours, and the university, near highway 59 and 10, and 10 minutes from downtown Houston, is like living in your home with your reserved parking.
