Staff is friendly, but this property is roach infested. Ive lived here a few months and I have run into an egregious number of bug/bugs in this unit. Pest control has been out numerous times, but there are no improvements. I’ve seen bugs in the bathroom, closet, kitchen, etc. It’s really disgusting and no one should have to live like this. I will 100% not be renewing when the time comes and will continue to let people know of the condition of this community on my youtube channel and when asked. There were bugs present at move-in, so this has no relation to my cleanliness, although I am an exceptionally clean person because of my fear of bugs. Ive notified the leasing team, and I understand there’s only so much they can do aside from apologizing. However, if you’re considering this complex and don’t want to live with roaches, do not sign a lease here. Take your money elsewhere and live in peace.

I’ve been a resident at Camden Holly Springs for over a year now and am happy to call the place my home. I moved here in the midst of the pandemic last year and they ensured the safety of the move in and ensured a sanitized clean apartment. They also provided me with a welcoming gift, which was very generous. I’ve never had that type of experience at previous apartment communities. As a dog owner, this is a very dog friendly community and even has a fenced in dog park available for my dog to run around a bit off the leash. I believe one of my most favorite aspects of the community are the grounds. Between maintenance and the landscapers the community stays clean and nicely kept. Speaking of maintenance, I they are absolutely great and efficient when it comes to maintenance issues and are usually prompt despite their busy schedules. Lastly, the property manager, Koti, and the office staff are just great! At previous communities the staff were not always great or friendly for that matter, but the staff at Camden are always friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. Koti is a great manager and has always been a huge help if I’ve ever needed anything or had questions. I say all of that to say this, I have lived at 3 other apartment communities in the Houston area and was never completely happy with how the community was running. So, I’m giving Camden the review they deserve because this is a great community to be apart of.

Poop everywhere from pet owners not cleaning up after themselves. So gross. Nothing ever gets better with this issue. I do like the post office boxes in the safe room though. The staff are very friendly l.

Living at Camden Holly Springs has been a wonderful experience. I love how the grounds are kept up to part, the leading staff are very nice and informative, it’s pretty quiet, rarely have any issues, and most of all I love how well the maintenance crew does their job. They are very fast to respond, efficient and go beyond your expectations of customer service and satisfaction ! I would like to give a big kuddos to Mario Torres who is the Asst. Maintenance Supervisor, I reported my issue and he was at my door in less than 5 minutes. He went above and beyond to fix my maintenance issue within 5-10 minutes and I was very satisfied. Thank you Camden :) -highly recommended

I must say, that I've moved here in August and this has been the best decision that I've made. I am 5 mins away from my job, and this apartment complex is so quiet. My family seems to think that I am depressed because I'm always in the house. But I come from Chaos and this complex is so calming. I assured them that I'm not depressed i'm just enjoying the peace and quiet that this complex seems to give me. Now I would say, I kind of made a mistake in picking an apartment upstairs as I have a knee issue but its still the best decision that i've made. I have not tested out the gym or the pool as of yet, but I will eventually get there. The maintenance staff is so friendly and great at their response time. Its AMAZING. The leasing agents have been nothing but SUPER nice. From Alex who originally sold me on the apartment to everyone who I've come in contact with. What I really love is when I walk in the office and they know my name. It puts a smile on my face. Due to user error, I know can access the mailroom gate, I learned from the staff that I had to shut off my wifi and just use bluetooth. I haven't had an issue as of yet. I just wanted to express my feelings for this apartment complex. And bonus points, I have not seen any roaches. (That was my biggest fear) but I keep my house very clean and bleached and sanitized also. Thanks Camden Holly Springs staff and maintenance for making my stay here enjoyable.

Jennifer Beauseigle has been great at assisting us since the moment we walked into Camden Holly Springs. She was able to get us set up with our apartment in record time. We love the environment here, super friendly and inviting. Big shout out to Jennifer!

I love Camden Holly Springs. This is my first apartment, and Camden Holly Springs is the best. The location is great if you like to go out, and around a ton of great restaurants. Not too far from the galleria. Even though it’s in a busy area, Camden never fails to make me feel safe. The maintenance team is SUPER helpful, and same with the front office staff. They always tend to my needs right away and get me an answer when I need it. We have a community wall where they are constantly posting important information as well. Jennifer is super super helpful and is always there for me, even after hours. I can always count on her to be super responsive and solve any issue I’m having. This is a great place to live!

I have lived here since 2017 and have been very happy calling this place my home. The apartments are nice on the inside and there are options depending on what you like. You can also get a garage for parking and extra storage. There are two swimming pools, a gym, dog park, and a basketball gym. Overall I am very happy living here and am not planning on moving until I’m ready to buy a home!

My time at Camden Holly Springs has been wonderful! The best part about it is definitely the dedicated and caring office staff and maintenance team. The property has two awesome pools with grills, a lake, a dog park, and lots of grass and sidewalks. I have chosen this as my home for years now and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I lived here for 15 months from the beginning of 2020 until April 2021. It is a great and safe community in my experience, I found many of the complaints I heard on the web did not align with my real experience. I am very glad I chose Camden Holly Springs and would recommend them to any one who is looking for a place to rent.
