Infested with mice & roaches. Maintenance will not fix any issues. Office staff doesn't care about thier residents. They only care about you paying rent. I will be calling the health department & getting out of my lease this week. Nasty place to live. Not even the homeless want to live here. Save yourself some time & money..STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

I moved to Rolling Wood Apartments 3 months ago. I am very happy I made this decision. It is a very family oriented community and has great amenities. My kids love to play in the playground in front of the house, and love stopping by the kids room by the office to play with other kids. The office staff and maintenance team have been really good and helpful resolving any issue I've had. I love my 2 bedroom apartment, new carpets, freshly painted walls etc! I was able to move in with a great Move In Special they were offering, so I couldn't be happier. I decided to wait these 3 months to write this review, to be able to give an honest opinion! If you are looking for a nice place to live in the Houston area, with a staff that truly cares about you and your family, Rolling Wood Apartments is definitely where you want to move! I definitely have no regrets!

I like the Apts, had roaches but I killed them, only problem is I live downstairs and the people upstairs are --- holes with no consideration whatsoever and I work nights and can't rest during the day because the are dragging things on the floor and making all kinds of noises day and night, they have called there atencion but the man of the family said he didn't give a ----, and the management is not doing a thing, iam going to finish my six month contract and moving some place else where I get my money's worth, iam a good tenant I always pay my rent on time, its a pitty.

If you like living in trash then welcome to Rollingwood where you live in trash, leaking ceilings, rats, roaches, poop in front of your apartment, sewage waste, ---- on the sidewalk of your apartment, having your window broken by soccer balls, and slow maintenance and all they ever do is literally paint over the mold then you are the right apartments I've been living here for the past 10 years and now the new management sucks and wants to jack up the price of the apartment I'm living at which is 2 bedroom 1.5 baths for $870, yeah NO these apartments are not worth it I'm telling you people there not worth it horrible staff by the way never helpful and you can't call cause they will put on hold and leave you there on hold not to mention that you can always find a drug dealer here so yeah you shouldn't move unless it's your last option I called maintenance like 4th time in 1 week because of all the sewage waste and poop waste was on the sidewalk by my apartment where you can smell it and they didn't fix it till 5 days later so beware if you move here than get ready to pay a crazy amount of money for very ------ apartments that are not worth it.?

I just moved into these apartments about a month ago and I love them. They are updated and clean. The overall vibe is very pleasant. The whole complex is very friendly. Nice pool. On site laundry, which is very convenient. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming. Any issues or request I may have are taken care of in a timely manner. This place is a great place to all home.

My fiancé and I have been living here for almost a year and we enjoy it. Our surrounding neighbors are friendly. And we never have any problems. The staff is helpful and maintenance is quick to respond. I recommend these apartments to all of my friends and coworkers.

I've been here for the past 3 months and some days and I must say my overall experience here has been great. I'm not sure what the other reviews were about because this is a totally different property compared to what they are talking about. The ladies in the office are sweet and stick to their word. I haven't had much trouble with my apartment the only thing I had an issue with was my garbage disposal which was fixed promptly the same day, so I can say maintenance is pretty good as well. I hope this helps you judge them better.
