My husband and I have been living at Oaks at Wayside for a few months now and have been, for the most part, satisfied with our experience thus far! We feel safe and secure. The management is friendly and quick to respond.

Oaks at Wayside is a beautiful quiet property. So far Im very happy with my new home! Also, the office staff is very friendly and helpful....................................................

Do not rent from here these apartments are now horrible! They do not keep up maintenance of the hallways or ground, management does not enforce rules and people play loud music after hours. This apartment is perfect for loud,boisterous college students but not for any adults or families seeking a quiet and peaceful environment. Also due to them thinking putting boxes to put your trash in as a bright idea there are now roaches starting to run around the property and come in the apartments. However, they fit right in with the abundance of spiders that call the hallway home. I give this property another year before it becomes unbearable. Oh and don't dare try to inform the apartment manager Miriam of your complaints! Oh no according to her she can't do anything about any of this or explains how she walked the grounds and didn't observe any of this going on.
