This place is ---- they havent fixed the ac for about two months now it works about once or twice a week, theres no hot water for sometime and they always give the same excuse when we call, no security at night somebody hit my car and stole another womans belongings inside her vehicle as well and the camera footage wasnt able to be shared with us, the parking lot is full with drunk people with loud music that also piss in there.

It's now known as Coventry North and this place is lawsuit bait. Worst of all, your access to mail is restricted. The management prevents residents from accessing the mail area, which is located in front of the leasing office, after 5:00 PM on weekdays and weekends and not at all on Sundays. Sometimes, the office & the mailboxes aren't open at all on posted business day (nonholidays included) and even the mail carriers can't deliver the mail at times. Sometimes mailmen have to come by and try to deliver mail on Sundays. Talking to the management is like talking to a wall. I'm currently trying to see what legal means could used on them. The maintenance sucks too. Water damage to the ceiling in my bathroom took 7 months for them to tend to. They also only recently got a dropbox for rent and they will give you the run around on late fees too. They also recently began giving receipts for rent payments only this past January. Before the staff wouldn't give receipts and would only initial the money order receipt that you used to pay. Since there was no dropbox, since they tend to close early (assuming that they don't give themselves a holiday) and that they're lazy, you risk paying a ton extra in rent every month. The residents and everything else haven't been a problem but the management here kills it. I think that there's not much of an outcry because most residents don't know their rights.

These are some good apartments people are very friendly also the manager is nice tries to help out as much as she can with her residents. Maintenance is good and fast always get it done if you are tired of living were they don't care about you come and see the difference I recommend it

Muy buena administracion atienden como debe ser propiedad esta vieja pero estan remodelando poco a poco la renta esta bien y tus billes ya estan pagados yo los recomiendo a todos

I'm very happy that I'm living in apartment complex. Also I will give credit to the employer they always get the job done at Casitas.

i've been in this community for a year now I'm very satisfied with managment i have been at other communities where managment is a disaster this is an older community and staff is really working hard to keep their residents happy I would recommend if you are looking for something quiet and professional

Overall the all bills paid is the only good thing about this apartment complex ...manager is really rude and has a bad attitude towards residents also office is open but no one is ever there . These apartments have roaches and rats . Bad customer service. They are ugly inside and they do not have ac it's a chiller system which doesn't blow any cold air at all during the summer it is hot ! And most units have been flooded due to stop ups. I would not recommend these apartments at all to any one

Nice and decent all bills included in rent cozy little apartment complex that could do wonders with a little more upgrading this area is demanding and close to freeways. Great staff that work here and quiet safe neighborhood would recommend
