I have lived here for several years now and am very pleased with the staff and neighbors. During hurricane Beryl, Grizelda District Manager, came and brought shelf stable milk and snacks for my great grandson. She also grilled hot dogs, brought water, pizza and snacks for the residents. She did this every day until our electricity came back on. Several of our neighbors had generators and would charge our phones and bring us food. The manager, Cristabel, has also been a lifesaver. My electric wheelchair came unplugged and she came from her home twice at night to fix it for me. She also picked up my medications for me when I was unable to get to the pharmacy. We have a very clean complex and great staff and neighbors. Highly recommended this place.

The apartments used to be just ok, but since the new management took over in the last couple of years, they've made a visible effort to make the apartments better. I've seen them work on remodeling some of the units, and they're always throwing events to keep the residents engaged. That is good because it makes us seem like human beings and not just people giving rent. It's hard to find affordable (all bills paid!) apartments in Houston, especially in the loop, so this is a good spot. Hopefully the secret stays in the bag.

This place is beyond horrible!!! When it comes to maintenance they give you the run around and not so good maintenance! I have a huge hole in my ceiling that been there for 1 week & 1/2 days. Rats and roaches are literally living with you in these apartments! The neighbors are drunks and drug addicts. Parking sucks. Management gives you the run around on how they will help and do not help. Please save your time & money. If you are on a budget there are way better places than this place!! This is a REGRET & WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I have a sister that lived here. she definetly moved out as soon as she finished the lease. The manager is okay i guess she is always gossiping with other residents. maintnance is horrible my sis was without A/C for almos a week due to the guys not knowing what they are doing. The outside is very messy guy never really cleans. People always so loud drinking fights on property my sister reported it with the manager and all she does is give her the run around as usual. i will definatle not recommend this piece of junk!

this apts are alright. I mean the grounds are usually clean and the shrubs cut. the nose level is moderate since in the weekend families like to cut out. if you don't like kids this is a very bad place to move, becouse it's full of them. Usually the playground they have is full and the rest are playing soccer or some sport. The one thing i always had trouble with was maintance. You always had to take multiple trips to the office the maneger will usually say she'll work on it but it could take months!! overall they are alright that is if you move now. Becouse now they are fixing really pretty the apts of the people that move out. But if you moved in like two or three yrs ago the apts weren't in very good condition.
