if you have no plans of going to hell,DONT MOVE HERE.I WOULDN'T MOVE A DOG HERE.these apartments,is just not fit for the human life form.its too much of everything over.you can change the name,but the memeries is still here.the lives taken here is still here,the drud dealers are still here.its just no help for this place i've been here a little over a year.everyday is a nightmare,you can't just lay down at night and sleep.i'm so scared for my family over here.i can't see myself telling anyone to come live here.we have had every crime known to man over here.bats lots of them living in my walls,the smell is very bad too.i'm just at the end of my rope and will be moving soon next month.i can't go on living here with my kids no more.

The amenities here: Roaches, spiders, ants, beggers knocking on your door @ 10:30P, prostitutes (women and boys), drug dealers, theives, murderers, and pit-bull owners that management freely rents to. Management doesn't who or what goes on in these apartments because they cannot find any decent people to live in this terrible place. This week alone we had a murder on Sunday and 16 units burned on Monday morning. Six months ago, a contractor was held at gunpoint here. You constantly hear gun shots. The parking lot is poorly lit. The pool is really pretty but its seldom open.

I am not from Houston only been here a year. This is my 1st apt in Houston, resided w/family previous to moving here so I was not familiar with the area. Initially the area and complex seemed decent. After about a month of living here, I saw the area and complex for what it is. This complex is a complete and utter DUMP! This past Sunday a man was found shot and killed across the parking lot from me. Then early Monday morning 16 units burned to the ground. I stood on my porch and could feel the heat from the fire as if it was directly in my face. Fortunately the flames were controlled and I did not have to vacant my apartment. Unfortunately an elderly couple were killed in the fire, found in a closet. I have witnessed drug sells and drug use on the property (walking past in broad daylight). My unit is completely outdated. My kitchen cabinets are falling apart as well as my master bed cabinets. I also have problems with roaches. I take my trash out ever other day, sprayed chemicals, set bug traps all around my kitchen floor and cabinets. They still are here, they're only in my kitchen though, Thank God. I've had several problems with my electricity and ac. The laundry facilitiy is horrid. I have no idea why they even have a laundry room. I wouldn't dare wash my clothes in it. I still have to go to a laundrymat. My neighbors play their music LOUD all times of night (Im 26 yrs old and the noise bothers me). The answering service they use is completely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! This property was recently taken over by Gregstar management, which is a corporate company. Greystar manages at least 100 properties in the Houston alone in really affluent areas. I have no idea why they took over this dump. They are several huge pot holes in the 1st entrance of Airport Blvd & Sandpiper (drive with caution). I wish now I had of seen this website before renting with this complex. So many negative reviews and I can vouche they are all true.

i dont saty there but about to be in a week and basically the people that area complaining are trouble makers if you mine your business you should be ok every where u go is something u cant run from violence and if you keep runnin into it most likely its u who is the source

I thought that because these reviews were written 2 yrs ago things would have changed. I moved in 6 months ago, and the place was empty. I thought okay they took out all the bad people and are starting fresh and getting the place fixed up. People are moving in but they don't look like good people to me. As a matter of fact we have a couple of prostitutes that live in the corner building and then go and stand at Bob White and Airport. There is even a young boy that stands there. There are always men hanging around doing nothing. I think they watch when and for how long your out. The parking lot is always dark. I hear gun shots every few days. I have been approached in the dark (not lit) parking lot several times for money. People knock on my door to ask me for sugar, soap, onions, coffee and money. I think so they can peak in my apartment to see what I have. Now they knock on my door and say they have the wrong apartment. Jeez, they even stole an aloe vera plant from my front door. I HATE IT HERE!!!!!! I am packed waiting to get out!!! Don't make the same mistake I did. You will regret it!

All I have to say it that this apartment complex has to be the worst apartment complex there is in Texas. I got an upstairs apartment and it was ok for like the first 2 day then all hell broke loose!! First there were kids smoking marijuana at the foot of my stairs almost every morning I would go to work and then someone started a fire undernieth my apartment on the first floor. I had to put the fire out. So, then I ended up moving in with my now husband but i still kept that apartment as a fall back in case things did not work out with my hubby. Well I paid rent on May 1st of 2008 and when I went to go check on my apartment which still had some of my stuff in there my key didnt work. I waited and waited and then some guy goes right up to my door holding groceries and unlock the door and walks right in. I was like excuse me I live here and he was like "No you dont I just paid the rent here and I moved in yesterday" so I was dumbfounded and furious. So the next morning I went to the office and they told me they cleaned out my apartment threw all my stuff in the dumpster but yet they cashed my rent check and kept my money. I only had the apartment for 2 months. When I asked why they did that all they could tell me what they would give me another apartment....ugh HELL NO!!!!

The guy at the bottom is right... dont move here if you value your life. since hurricane ike they have not done any work AT ALL!!! i spoke to the manager personally and face to face about mold in my apartment.... nothing happened. my wife is 7 mnths pregnant i tell her....she says i come out there myself next week... its been two months since she said that... right now i plannin to sue and brake my lease. they think there gettin rent! HA! maintenance men come look at whats wrong... say they will be right back and be gone for months at a time ....if you have any family,or friends please move in with them until you can find something better

I too aggree with persons who previously entered notes about the complex. It's ----ed up from the head down. They are always toO busy. In addition Tina is never available to resolve dilemmas. She oftens sicks her mangy muts (Lupe aka thunder thighs ,Ms. Henry and Big bertha butt to assist you. They're extrmemely unprofessional and soooo mexiacano. When a black tenant visits the office to complain they mysteriouly only tend to speak their native language LOL wet back -------. Please don't let me discourage you. I welcome you to come home and be miserable with me. LMAO.

LIVED THERE AS A KID IN 1990 FOR SIX MONTHS AND MY MOM LEFT DUE TO DRUGS AND A MURDER.NOW ITS 2008,I'M GROWN NOW AND LIVE ACROSS THE STREET IN CATTAILS FOR 4 YEARS,EVERY YEAR SOMEONE GETS KILLED OVER THERE. TWO DAYS AGO SOMEONE WAS MURDERED!
