Been a resident since 2011, recently renewed my lease for another year, a great location easy access to all major freeways. I loved my apartment, gives me all the upgrades for a cheap rent and great service. Quiet place, loved our gym and club room great place to have a party and no need of having guest at home. Maintenence is on top of all my orders. Grounds are kept too. Office staff is friendly and professional and helpful at all times. Always eager to help. I highly recommend if you want to live nice with all upgrades in cheap area.

The staff is great. I been living here for a couple months and I have not encountered any problems with my neighbors. The manager is professional and she cares about the residents.

The apartments are clean and well kept. The staff is courteous and professional. These are some of the best apartments in the area. I have only been staying here for a few months but it's been good so far.

I have recently moved in, and the staff has been so wonderful. The grounds have been kept clean. I feel safe here.Once of the deciding factors for my move, was the staff. When I first came in to see the apartments, everyone greeted me and introduced themselves. The manager, Lourdes, was really professional. They were a good incentive for me to move in. All the places I had been before never had this type of professionalism. Good job, guys!

I am writing this letter of appreciation for the office & support staff at The Reserves @6363 Houston Tx 77035 I have always appreciated the professional and enthusiastic customer service provided by the office staff. The maintenance team has consistently demonstrated excellent service to the residents. The leasing staff has been outstanding in their support of the residents and their concerns. In particular, I wish to express my appreciation for the hard work by the office staff and the maintenance staff during the 14 yrs living here. I have been through many transition here from Green House patio to exceptional living After Judwin took over a major transition took place on the property from apartment, compound and yes residents. I am very impressed by the staff's hard work and diligence in once you call then there to fix something they are always will to help. Kuddos to the reserve at 63 a cut above the rest.The public transportation is so close and I'm thankful because my husband is disabled and cannot walk that far. Whenever I call in a maintenance request I always get a follow up call the next day by one of the friendly staff members to make sure we are satisfied. The maintenance staff is very professional and thorough and never have to repeat their work. My husband and I love how quiet it is especially at night. We feel totally safe at our community it is well lit and they keep the shrubs and trees trimmed for our safety. A bonus is that a security officer is always walking around. The staff is so professional and courteous and they really listen to the residence if we have a concern. too be an older community the grounds are well manicured, it just looks great. To put the icing on top of the cake The Reserve at 63 honored all of the mothers today for Mother's Day by treating us a delicious Chick Fila meal and a vase of carnation flowers. As a current resident for almost 5 years the property is really quiet, I love the Efficiency with the sun room in which I can converted to a bedroom for my wife and self and have a little of privacy. When it comes to work orders they are really quick to respond. I will recommend if your looking for affordable rents for starters.

LMarshall - Me and my family have lived at 6363 for close to 2 years now. My stay here has been comforting. The managers are courteous and my maintenance request are always met. The lawn is manicured weekly and trash is picked up off the grounds every morning. Of course that's a plus! Most of my neighbors were here when I moved in so, we watch out for one another. Overall, I'm satisfied!

I just moved I a week ago and I HATE IT HERE. THERES ROACHES EVERYWHERE. never had to deal with roaches in my life. It's so bad I can barely sleep at night. I want to break my lease. I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. There's people arguing and yelling all the time. I can't stand it. The staff are extremely pleasant but the infestation is ridiculous. I hate it. The apartment it's self is fine but wanna cry every day because I moved my three small kids into a worse place than before.

If you are looking to move in here PLEASE DON'T DO IT!I lived here some years ago moving in from out of state on a job assignment, found these guys online. I have had to fight these guys every since 2005. I was let out of a 6mo lease, and the owners must be slumlords because we tried to tell them what all was going on and they did not care. They just want their money. This property is roach infested, and has a community of immoral aberrated drug addicts. I had to file 4 police reports for stolen items in these apartments, my car, (which I got back without rims) jewelry, clothing, shoes, and my kids video consoles and games, etc. What they do is go in your apartment and take things you won't immediately miss. It took us a while to figure out our things were being taken. But after they get you for the small stuff, they move on up the ladder. I went to management several times, and told them we feared our lives. We think that their management office had a part for more then one reason. We explained to them on several occasions what was happening, and finally I let them know I would no longer live there, and I demanded the lease be forgiven due to the circumstances. They ok'd this with proof of my burglary's (I provided them police reports). We moved 36 days shy of a 6 mo lease, and I left the apartment in better condition than when we moved there, and I will be damned if I have not had to fight them every time I move. It shows up as a broken lease. The rent was $675.00 a mo, but the balance they say I owe them is over $800.00 . I will never pay this balance. It is havoc on my credit. And trying to explain this situation back home makes my family look bad. We always pay for our obligations. Good Luck if you do rent here. I would do a deeper investigation.
