I been living at The Reserve at 6363 for almost 1 year. The property staff and maintenance team are very courteous and professional. I would refer my family and friends to live here the grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The maintenance team are really quick to respond to work orders. The laundry room is one of the amenities that are kept clean and cool air for this summer days they also have enough washers and dryers to use. They also have armed security patrolling the grounds by foot 24 hours seven days a week.

The manager at this apartment complex is VERY RUDE!!! Maintenance staff take forever to make repairs. They can bill you for almost anything. Overrated apartment if you ask me, not very safe with the recent shooting within the complex.

The staff here is amazing! I just had a work order done in my apartment, and the maintenance man was extremely polite, and courteous. They do a fabulous job getting out notices for ground work, as well as anytime there are loud projects going on nearby. I have been living here for almost 2 years, and love bring here!! :)

I been living in these apartments for a couple of months and I have no complaints at all. The management and staff is great and they do all they can to help out. The managers are professionals and they care about the residents. This place has been great.

I moved to The Reserves in January. I love this place. The management and staff are really friendly and are willing to go beyond to meet my housing needs. My surroundings neighbors are friendly as well. I am happy to be here. The professional staff and managers make sure I feel comfortable and safe at this location.

Hello all! I am new to Houston and came across The Reserve at 63 sixty-three. I have been here for almost 4 months and have been truly happy living here. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is wonderful. The manager introduced herself to me and has gone above expectation. Overall, I am happy to be here!

I will be renewing my contract. I have lived here for the past year and have no complaints. The staff knows me well. The manager is professional and always makes sure my needs are met in a timely fashion.

I was unsure of these apartments when I moved into Houston. Even though the location isn't the best, the management is great. They go out of their way to make your stay the best it can possibly be. I lived here for a year and the manager made sure that our stay was a positive experience. I reccomend this property to anyone who needs affordable living and great management. I have lived at The reserves for going on two years now I have no complaints at all.....I have two younger kids and my neighbors are very understanding about it...any time I have a issue the staff go above & beyond for me and always call and do follow ups to make sure I was satisfied...I have no complaints about reaches at all I feel like it's about how clean you keep your house.

I have been a resident here since August 2015. The staff and security people are very helpful in making you feel at home. My studio apartment is perfect for me. It has a walk in closet, full size kitchen , bath,and patio area . The location and bus line make it easy to move around town with out a vehicle. "FRIENDLY" is the best i can describe the atmosphere where I live.
