THEY CHARGE $150 A MONT FOR cable/WIFI THAT’S IS SO SLOW BRUH IT DON’T EVEN WORK FRFR. THE POOL WIFI IS TRASH. THE BUSINESS CENTER IS OLD, OUT OF DATE WITH LIMITED ACCESS. THE CLUB HOUSE IS ONLY OPEN WHEN WENDY AND THE WILLIAMS SISTERS CAN SUPERVISE YOU FROM 9-5 PM LIKE YOUR A KIDS. THE POOL AREA SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN BUT BEEN CLOSED ALL YEAR SO EVERYONE STUCK IN THEY HOUSE WITH THIS FAKE ADVERTISMENT OF LUXURY WHEN THYE REALLY CHARGING ALL THS EXTRA MONEY FOR STUFF WE DON’T EVEN USE OR WORK. THE TRASH IS $25. THEY NEVER PICK IT UP LOL. AND DON’T RUN ON THE WEEKDAY. SHYT CRAZY. THEY NEED TO BE SUED. THEY OFFER 2 MONTHS OF RENT FREE THEN CHARGE YOU A ONE TIME $1,000 RISK FEE THAT ISNT EVEN REFUNDBLE. LKE WHY MY 1 MONTH OF SECURITY DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDABLE GOES CRAZY. I have been a resident at Novu New Forest Apartments for a month and a half now, and have had only a few small problems in my apartment. I just go to the front desk and put in a work order. Within a day or two someone will be sent to your apartment to fix the problem. Today a man by the name of Miguel came to my apartment to fix my microwave. He was a very nice man an extremely hard worker. Now my microwave runs perfectly and the apartment is great! I hope I don't have any more problems but know that if I do there is a hard worker that will be there to fix it soon.

This property had the potential to be a great addition to the city, unfortunately it is poor managed. The business practices are untrustworthy. The assistance manager is horrible and unprofessional. The manager is never available to ensure the property is ran correctly. Unfortunately this was the worst location I have even lived. There rental special are a scam because they will promise incentives but never deliver. At the time of renewal they will delay giving you their renewal offer on time then they will increase your rent mine was $300 and they will try to charge you their month to month rate during the time you are trying to move.
