Execelente lugar para vivir, muy tranquilo y seguro. Techos altos y ventanas aislantes del clima y ruido. Personal amable y mantenimiento eficiente. Seguro nada es perfecto más estos departamentos se acercan mucho a esto.

Estates at Memorial Heights is a great apartment complex. The complex is in one of my favorite parts of town and the management is very attentive and the staff at the front desk are always incredibly nice.

Wonderful apartments! Ms. Evangelina is the best leasing agent ever! She made everything easy for me. The manager is amazing and very supportive. The staff always have a big smile and are willing to help you with everything. The community is super quiet and peaceful. The communication is great between management and residents.

They have always made repairs a priority. I appreciate the urgency with which they addressed and fixed my air conditioner during 100 degree weather. The worker showed up about 30 minutes after the work order was entered and I was beyond relieved that I would not have to try and sleep in a hot apartment for the night.

Since relocating to Houston, Texas this was the first place I explore and was satisfied with the location and safety of the estate. I plan on living here until I decide to purchase a home. the availability of the staff to react to my needs and questions are a peace of mind as well very insightful towards the community events that happen seasonally.
