Mrs Cathy is amazing she is kind polite and professional so happy she is apart of management shes always very helpful and nice. Great open and welcoming environment. I recommend living here to everyone I know.

Forestcrestapartament Si pudiera dar ninguna estrella me sentiría más complacida ,te venden todo muy bonito muchos carteles en la carretera de fácil aplicación, de mudarse inmediatamente y cuan do llegas y te topas con la realidad es demasiado frustrante,mi experiencia con la administración es pésima y ojalá esto llegue a manos del gerente porque voy a publicar en todas las redes esta situación ,desde que llegas te hacen un sin fin de preguntas y te piden todos los documentos o casi todos que ellos requieren si enseñarte el apartamento ni explicarte nada ,dicen que es asi para no enseñar ni explicar todo por gusto,después que le das todo que ellos verifican q si puedes aplicar entonces empieza la odisea ,en mi caso someti la aplicacion el sábado 12 de octubre con dos money order 45 y 150 ,me.dijeron q me llamaban,no fue asi,fui el miércoles y resulta q tenía que firmar un papel,y no me habían avisado ,llamo hoy jueves y necesitan una certificación pero xq llame a las 5:20 de la tarde,sino no no me entero,sin mencionar que la persona que te atiende se pone de tu para tu como si tuviera la razón,incluso preguntándome que que quiero hacer si la quiero cancelar ,en fin un desmadre total y no dan respuesta .Consejo si necesitas moverte rápido y que no te hagan perder el tiempo este no es el lugar ,no te guíes por sus banderas y por la promoción, es un total engaño y pérdida de tiempo, parece que te vas a mudar a la Casa Blanca con todo lo que piden y toda la demora,tienes que estar llamándolos para ver que más cosas necesitan, sin contar que de 100 atienden el teléfono 1 vez, te ponen la contestadora.

The roaches are horrible they need to hire a new pest control company because the roaches come through the doors it’s horrible they need to spray around the property because it’s no way that they should be this horrible

My a/c went out on the 4th of July weekend and was leaking out onto the carpet. Fernando was at my door in less than 30 minutes. He had it fixed in less than 15 min! The maintenance team here is tops!

All of the office workers staff and maintenance workers are polite friendly and very professional.... My absolute favorite is Mr Fernando .... Mr Fernando always has on a mask he's always professional it never takes him more than 10 minutes to fix anything and he gets the job done.... I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know I absolutely love living here.

The whole staff is very helpful and polite they will help you when your in need the apartment stay clean and it’s very nice and friendl I will recommend this place for families and individual it’s like paradise the gym is awesome the pool look clean u can see the water clear and clean

The residence is clean and quiet. The apartments are somewhat spacious. The staffs are very nice and helpful, they pay attention to the residents needs. Ana, the assistant manager helped us with the application process and gave all the information we needed.

Rosie is a very lovely lady she does a very good job. She makes sure that the property is well taken care off. Shes a very good manager. I have been here for 2 yrs and never had a problem. It is very quiet. Im happy to call this my home and I dont want to leave. Jorge and chepe do a very good job picking up trash. Diana and Ana always help me when I need.

I would like to say how great Mrs. Ana in the front office is. She have been gone above and behind to help me with my rental assistance since I've been out of work with the COVID-19. Thanks a bunch to Mrs. Ana

Just renewed my lease here at Forest Creek. I love it here!! Rosie, Diana, Anna, and Jamie from the leasing office are always very pleasant and helpful. Maintenance is very prompt and professional when handling your needs. Safe and quiet.
